With reference to your application for admission into the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta for the
2009/2010 Academic Session, I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered provisional admission
into the Polytechnic to pursue:

This offer of provisional admission is further subject to the confirmation of your credentials as being
acceptable to the polytechnic which will necessarily qualify you to submit the attached acceptance form and
pay prescribed fees.
Please take note of the following conditions relating to your registration as student of the institution.
1. You will be required, at the time of registration, to produce the originals and three photocopies of your
education and other credentials and complete the appropriate registration forms.
2.Offer of provisional admission can be cancelled at anytime if it is discovered that your Addmission has been
made in error or has not met prescribed entry requirements or failure to produce any of the documents in
(1) above at the time of registration.
3.If you accept the offer, please complete the enclosed clearance form and get it endorsed by the Head of
MASS COMMUNICATION

4.You are required to register for your programme with the school officer within one week of date in (3) above.
5.It is obligatory of you to renew your registration annually within the first four[4] weeks of the
commencement of every academic session until you finally complete your programme.
Registration includes payment of prescribed fees and completion and submission of all necessary forms to
appropriate authorities.
6.Failure to meet the deadline set for payment of fees and completion of registration will result in forfeiture of
your admission and/or studentship and no appeal will be entertained whether or not you have paid any
fees.
7.The Polytechnic authority reserves the right to prescribe all fees payable by you during your studentship
and this is not negotiable.

NOTE: (a) You are warned in your own interest to ensure that you are prima facie qualified for the
programme you are admitted for before you pay into the Polytechnic account . Any money,
except the caution deposit, paid into Polytechnic account is NOT refundable .
(b) Provisional Admission to Full-Time, ND programmes is based only on performance in the
J.A.M.B Examination, Registration is based on the confirmation of your education and
other credentials as acceptable to the polytechnic.
(c) All non-refundable prescribed fees paid by you at ND1 shall be payable by you
throughout your normal ND programme.
