Full Day Conference & Accommodation Package – May to October:

Single Occupancy : R 1250 per person


Twin/ Double Occupancy : R 1100 per person

Full Day Conference & Accommodation Package – November to April:

Single Occupancy : R 1450 per person


Twin/ Double Occupancy : R 1200 per person

Please note that the final number of delegates must be confirmed at least 36 hours before
the conference and this will be the number charged for on the final invoice.

Supplements and Conditions


• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm / secure your booking.
• Prices include VAT and levies
• Deposits and payments are refundable, subject to our cancellation policy.
• Companies have to fill in and sign a credit card authorisation form, regardless of payment
method, to cover the cancellation policy.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All rates are quoted in South African Rand and foreign currency payments are accepted at the daily bank
rate of exchange valid in South Africa on the date that payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking amount should cancellation occur less than 2 days
prior to arrival.
• A 100% cancellation fee will apply on the full booking amount should cancellation occur less than 1 days
prior to arrival.
• In the event of a late arrival, premature departure or no show, the full extent of the stay as
originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
• All reservations and cancellations to be made in writing by fax or e-mail.

Please note that we do not offer credit facilities and the balance of the account must be settled
promptly, on departure.

Risk/Damages/Loss
ƒ Val d’Or shall not be liable for interruptions of services (water, electricity, sanitary services).
ƒ Whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure the safeguarding of your belongings, Val d’Or will not be
liable for loss or damage to any property whatsoever (décor, gifts, valuables etc.). We recommend that
all personal and valuable property be removed directly after the function.
ƒ Should any part of the interior or exterior of the property be damaged during the set up, duration or
breakdown of the function, the client shall be held liable.
ƒ Val d’Or, its employees or any person employed at any function will not be held liable to any loss, or
injury to persons, due to negligence or any other causes whatsoever.
