This project is aimed at developing an online application to providing a computer-

based personal assistant to the people. The system is an online application that can be accessed
throughout the world as well with proper login provided. This system can be used as an
application to manage the personal details on the Internet, provide Personal Calendar with Alerts
and web based address book. A person can also manage birthday and anniversary list of the
other people and he/she is able to wish the people through email using this system.

The software is fully integrated with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) as well as
CMS (Content Management System) solution and developed in a manner that is easily
manageable, time saving and relieving one from manual works.

Organisation. The problem of Paper-based security is, Initially the employees where worked in
organisation has to enter their name and signature before attending their jobs on security and,
When the People are coming to meet the Organisation they has to enter their details on security
rack. It is very complex to find / check whether the person is coming in on-time or not or which
people are coming to meet. Here this system introduces. SMS (Security Maintenance System) is
a desktop application that can be accessed through the employee of the organisation and also
people who want to meet the organisation. This system can be used as an application to
maintain/manage the Security details on the Organisation, provide timings with well designed
order and monthly, daily reports. The software is partially integrated with CHMC (Computer
Hardware Maintenance System), for retrieving of employee details for easily manageable and
time saving of entering the all details again. It is well designed for maintaining the security
details to any organisation.
