118th Annual Juried Exhibition

We strive to include diverse fine art disciplines produced by women 18
years and older from the tri-state area.
The WACC 118th exhibit is selected from submitted art work, not slides or
CD's. This is a juried exhibit with over $5,000 in prize money and
merchandise. Artists will be notified by email or phone on acceptance or
declined artwork.
THE JURORS
Bill Fletcher received his early training in art from a series of exceptional
public school teachers. During that time he acquired the foundations for
drawing, and conceived a lifetime love of art. He began painting in oils in
1996, studying with local artists and attending workshops.
Bill is a Kentucky artist gaining a national reputation for his landscapes and still
lifes. His work has been featured in Southwest Art, International Artist, and
Keeneland Magazine.
Sharon Stolzenberger attended the University of Dayton and graduated from
the School of the Dayton Art Institute. She worked as an illustrator for Gibson
Greetings, and is now a full time exhibiting artist. Recent work has branched
from watercolor to acrylic and mixed media. Sharon's award winning work has
been published in numerous art books, and she serves as a trustee for the
Ohio Watercolor Society.

March 31- Artists hand deliver ONE piece of art to 6980 Cambridge, 4:00 to
7:00 p.m.
April 1- Artists hand deliver ONE piece of art to 6980 Cambridge, 4:00 - 7:00
p.m.
April 6- Email results to artists, notify of pick up.
April 7- Artists pick up declined work 4:00-7:00 p.m.
April 10- OPENING 1:00- 4:00 p.m. Awards announced at 3:00 p.m.
April 14 - 17, Show continues 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
April 21 - 24, Show continues 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
April 28 - May 1, Show continues 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
May 2- pick up unsold works 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
• You may submit ONE work of art.
• Art must be for sale: no “Not For Sale” artwork.
• 20% commission to Woman's Art Club on all sales
• Artwork should not exceed 36” in width or height, including frame.
• No computer-generated art
• Art work must be recent, and never previously juried, completely original,
and the work of the entering artist.

1. Complete and mail in the entry form with your non-refundable entry fee (see
