A) To learn why forecasting changes takes place over a time are an important part of decision
making

C) To use regression based techniques to estimate and forecast the trend in a time series
D) To learn how to measure the cyclical component of a time series
E) To deal simultaneously with all four components of a time series analysis for forecasting

dependent and independent variables
