- Once we receive the signed and stamped contract,

accompanied with the request for recruitment, filled with
your criteria and requirements, we navigate through our
smart working, extensive, up-to-date database; screening
resumes to create a list of potential candidates, then we
shortlist them, select the most compatible candidates,
contact , interview and offer them the position.
- After that we send you the highly qualified & criteria-
matching candidates' resumes to review, interview and
make a selection
- Finally, we receive the sourcing fees during the week next
to the employment.
