Project Title: Auditing & Physical measurement verification of Electrical & Mechanical work at
Gummidipondi Plant.

Aesthetic was engaged by TTPL for the scope of services included Auditing of site installation and
Physical Measurement (Quantity Survey) of all Electrical & Mechanical systems.

Project Title: Adequacy check for existing and additional loads (IT PARK).

Description:
ETL Infrastructure Services Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Greater India Infrastructure Company
Pvt Ltd (Singapore) – appointed Aesthetic Consultant & Engineers for adequacy check for
additional loads (IT Park).The scope of services involves the adequacy check for existing facility
with additional load and the transformers was shared uniformly as per the load conditions. The
capacity of available transformer is 2500 KVA – 3 No’s.

Project Title: Preparation of Isometric drawing of Steel Bar manufacturing plant in South Africa.

Description:
MIND RESOURCES, provides the services for consultancy in Industries and Automotive divisions.
The head office located in Italy. Aesthetic is associated with this company for all kind of
consultancy works in each discipline. M/s Mind., engaged us to prepare the Isometric drawing for
Steel bar manufacturing plant and more than 500 lines completed with in the time period.

Description:
Maxell Engineers, turnkey people in chemical industries etc., – The scope of services involves
the Design and Detail engineering of structural platform for UPS and Transformer. The
structural platform located at elevated level and supported between the RCC columns in the
existing building.

Project Title: Design and Detail engineering of Agitator Reactor

Description:
SSF INDUSTRIES, turnkey people in Food industries etc., – The scope of services involves
the Design and preparation of fabrication drawing for agitator reactor in MOC of SS 316.We
designed the reactors in the varies industries and value addition for improvement of process it
self.

Dharwad - 580 004.Karnataka state.

Project Title: Phase I - Design and Detail Engineering for Cooling tower water system and adequacy
checking of existing facility.

Description:
GPPL - Producing PET bottles to supply major pharma (Cipla Ltd, Emcure Pharma, Pfizer Ltd) & Liquor
industries (Shaw Wallace, McDowell & Co) all over India.
Aesthetic was engaged by GPPL for the scope of services included detailed engineering for cooling
water system and adequacy checking of existing facility. The existing cooling tower water was not
shared and distributed as per the machine requirement. So the client facing the daily problems in the
production.
Our young engineer’s team has done the adequacy check based on the flow, pressure, temperature
available, Pump and cooling tower capacity and actual machine requirement.
Based on the above task, we produced the deliverables like P & ID for the system and adequacy
checking for existing facility, Equipment layout, piping layout, piping material specification, Support
layout, Isometric drawing, Pump data sheet, Instrument data sheet. The error free drawing and
documents submitted to client as per project schedule.

Description:

UNIVERSAL ENGINEERS, turnkey people in steel fabrication for chemical industries etc., –They
are Tyre-1 supplier for ICF Chennai. The scope of services involves the Design and preparation of
fabrication drawing for Rectangular/jacketed/Mobile latex tank and other process equipments for
TDK-condom manufacturing c company in Chennai.

Project Title: Preparation of Tank Farm BOQ.

Description:

The scope of work involves for Preparation of BOQ based on the P&ID of Solvent, Resin, Emulsion
storage Tank area, Primer process, solvent based primer (White & color), NC, Solvent based
Additives collection tanks, solvent & water based Putty, Water/Emulsion process, water based
additives storage & transfer, Thickener, RO Plant, Cooling tower & Air compressor area.
