Assistant Controller of preference will be given to high academic

recognized University.

II. GENERAL

I. Candidates applying for the post of Professors and Associate Professors

are required to submit five set of applications and candidates applying for
all other posts are required to submit one set of application, on the
prescribed form along with attested copies of degrees, result cards,
transcripts, and experience certificates. In case, degree has not been
issued, a certificate to that effect signed by the Controller of Examinations
might be accepted. In all cases, statement of experience must be
supported by certificates from the employers.

II. Application forms can be had from the Deputy Registrar (Admin) by hand
or by mail by sending a large size self-addressed envelop with Rs.25/-
postage stamps. Form will not be sent by post if an envelope as indicated
is not sent. In case, application forms are required by courier service
etc., a Bank draft of Rs.100/- in favour of the Treasurer, Bahauddin
Zakariya University, Multan be sent. Application form can also be down
loaded from B.Z. University web site: www.bzu.edu.pk.

III. Applicant from abroad may submit their applications on plain paper,
but they must supply complete bio-data along with copies of
degrees/testimonials and experience certificates without which the
application will not be considered.

IV. Application must be accompanied with bank draft (non- refundable) of Rs.
500/- for the post of Professor, Project Director (Law & Sports Science),
Rs.300/- for the post of Associate Professor, Rs.200/- for the posts of
Assistant Professors and for posts mentioned at above Sr.Nos.20 & 21
and Rs.100/- for the posts of Lecturers and for posts mentioned at above
Sr. Nos. 22, 23 & 24 in favor of the Treasurer, Bahauddin Zakariya
University, Multan. Applicants from abroad must send with their
application a draft of $ 15/- (US) drawn in favor of the Treasurer.

V. A most recent passport size photograph should be affixed on the

application form.

VI. Candidates already in service of a Government/ Semi-Government

Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper
channel by the due date; otherwise their application will not be
entertained. Applications received after the last date will not be
entertained, even though posted before the last date. Incomplete
applications shall also not be entertained.

VII. Last date for receipt of applications for the posts of Professors and
Associate Professors are 08.11.2010 and for all other posts the last date
are 01.11.2010, in the office of the Registrar, during office hours.

I. Short listing of the Candidates shall be made in accordance with

the procedure laid down by the University.
II. Number of posts can be increased/ decreased according to the
need of the University.
III. Nature of posts can be changed according to the need of the
