The enterprising Global Indian S & T Diaspora has contributed in a major way to
the various streams of Science and Technology. Over 200,000 Indian scientists
and technocrats working outside India form a powerful and rich source of
intellectual wealth.
There is a need to bring together and channelize this “intellectual wealth” and the
valuable knowledge resource that comes with it.
Global Indian Scientists and Technocrats (GIST) forum is a unique knowledge exchange platform for Indian scientists
and technocrats spread within the country and across the world. The forum will facilitate to give a holistic approach
using science & technology for creating definitive path towards sustainable development.

Terms & Conditions
1. As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be on a first come first serve basis only.
2. The Conference Program is subject to alterations at the discretion of the organizers.
3. Delegates registration fees once paid will not be refunded.
4. Please note that NO CREDIT facility would be extended under any circumstances and NO REFUND / ADJUSTMENT for "NO SHOW"
or "Absence" of a delegate would be accommodated.
5. Kindly note that "Delegate Confirmation Letter" will be issued only after receipt and realization of appropriate fees along with the
relevant details on the registration form.
6. Delegate Badges issued are "non-transferable". The organizers reserve the right to disallow a confirmed delegate from
transferring His / Her badge to any other Person.
7. Appropriate security arrangements will be made at the venue. However, delegates are responsible for their belongings at the
venue & the organizers shall not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or
Attendees due to any reason whatsoever.
8. Delegates are requested to display the badges at all times. Please note that delegates will not be allowed to enter the conference
halls without the badges.
9. Proper care must be taken by each delegate to ensure against loss / misplacement of badges and kits as no duplicate or
replacement will be issued.
10.Substitutions of Registrations You may e-mail substitutions / upgrading requests to registration@gist2010.org before 1st
December. The substitution would attract a fee of 10% of registration tariff as administration fee to transfer your registration to
another individual.
