NOTE:
1. A minimum amount of Rs 3 Lakh, 4 Lakh and Rs 5Lakh is payable along with application for 2BHK, 3BHK and
4BHK aparment respectively and balance must be paid on or before 31 Dec 2010 to complete 15%. For
bookings after 25 Dec 2010, full amount of 15% will be required along with Application.
2. Above Payment Plans are applicable for the payment of basic cost, PLC, EDC/IDC, Car Parking
and Club Membership Fees. Other allied charges as applicable shall be payable as and when
demanded.
3. If at the time of Booking any one or more of Construction stages mentioned in payment plan
has already been completed the total amount payable in respect of such stage(s) shall have to
 be paid within 45days from the date of Booking.
4. Under Construction linked payment plan installments will become due as per construction status
achieved at the site irrespective of the serial order mentioned above.
