Steam Auto Clave Sensor Assemblies:-

Specially designed with Thermocouple and RTD configurations for the

extreme environmental condition found in pharmaceutical autoclave
chambers, which with stand the leakage of steam/condensate into the
sensor and offer a higher reliability than previously obtainable with any
sensor apparatus.
The sensor assemblies are available with sealing gland that withstands
the extreme environment and their rugged design stands upto frequent
operator handling.

Quick Disconnect Assemblies:-

Quick Disconnect Thermocouple or RTD

Assemblies are available with sheath
diameters of 0.5,1.5, 3, 4.5 and 6mm in
standard 12", 18" and 24" nominal lengths.
Custom lengths are also available as per
customer requirement.

Multiple Connector Feed throughs:-

High density (HD) mechanically sealed feed throughs

assemblies consist of a stainless steel tube over 12, 24, 40, 60
bundled teflon coated thermocouple wires with or without
junctions and/or copper wires, providing continous wire feed
through.
“Soft Seal” glands provide pressure or vaccum sealing of
multiple insulated wires. Other gland types are available to allow
passage of electrodes, conductors/wires and temperature
sensor probes.

Compensating and Extension Cables for thermocouples

J,K,T,E,N,R,S,B Types, RTD Cables in three wire & four wire
configuration for simplexand six & eight wire for duplex are
available with special limits of error, operating temperature.

Wire Gauge : 14 to 36 gauge (AWG/SWG)

Conductor : Solid/Multistrand
Insulation : Single and double fibre glass, teflon, ceramic fibre,
silica fibre, SS braided, PVC etc.
Protection : Armored/Unarmored
