17. CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION

• Only Pakistani National can Apply.

• For admission to intermediate, the applicant must have passed the Matric (SSC) examination and hold its
certificate.
• For admission to degree program (BA), the applicant must have passed the intermediate (FA/FSc) exam.
and hold its certificate. In case, if certificate/degree is not issued, attested copies of the Marks sheet issued
by the Board be attached with the form. However before issuance of certificate from AIOU, copies of
certificate will have to be provided.
• Any one who can read and write can apply for admission to the Elementary Arabic Course.
• Admissions are offered twice a year i.e. in August & February. The continuing students shall also have to
apply for admissions to the next semester during same months, without waiting for their
exam/results/Admission forms.
• Judicial appeals can only be filed in the courts of Islamabad.
• Refund of fee is not permissible.

Note:
Certificate/Degrees obtained from Foreign Universities/Boards need to be in English only, alongwith equilance
certificate from the Inter Borard Commettee of Courses (IBCC) Islamabd, Pakistan

18. Admission form will not be acceptable, in case the;

a) Form is incomplete b) Fee amount is less c) Form is received after due date
d) Attested copies of the Academic Certificates are not attached, at time of admission in any program.

19. Undertaking:

in this form in the light of instructions given in the Admission Form/Prospectus. My admission is provisional
and in case of any wrong statement/violation of rules, the University reserves the right to cancel my admission
at any time without any notice. I will abide by the rules and regulations which are enforced from time to time
during the course of Study.
