10/4/2010 566 Main St Employee of location tripped the alarm. All in order and alarm was reset.

10/7/2010 531 Main St Alarm sounding at location. Tenant was home and advised all in order.
Alarm was inadvertently triggered.
10/21/2010 566 Main St Alarm sounded at location due to unsecured door. NYPD also on scene.
Check of interior and exterior found all to be in order.
10/21/2010 585-587 Main St FDNY observed at location due to a call of smoke alarm. Upon check of
interior it was founded to be a false alarm.
10/22/2010 556 Main St Alarm sounded due to faulty alarm. Porter at location advised condition
will be corrected.
10/23/2010 556 Main St Alarm sounded at location due to unsecured broken door. Search of area
found all to be in order. Door was secured.

10/2/2010 405 Main St Female tenant and moving company movers in dispute over payment.
Both parties settled the matter and the furniture was moved in without
further incident.
10/14/2010 S/O 1 Main St Two males entered into a dispute with Union workers with regard to their
Union having jurisdiction over the job. Males were escorted from location.
Engineering notified.
10/27/2010 20 River Rd To males at group home involved in a dispute and refused to cooperate.
NY Foundling Supervisor on scene to conduct an investigation and to file
a report. No injuries or property damage.

ESCORTS
10/8/2010 605 Main St NYC Inspector needed to gain access to location where he left his camera.
Camera was recovered and door was secured.
10/14/2010 579 Main St R/O called to location to stand by the entrance while electricians restored
power to the store location.
10/14/2010 580 Main St Reporter requested an escort to her residence as she did not have the
key. Super gave access and secured the residence.
10/25/2010 555 Main St R/O observed male sleeping in the hallway. Male is a tenant who did not
have his keys and did not want to wake his mother. Male was escorted to
his apartment without incident and the door was secured.

GAS LEAK
10/26/2010 510 Main St Reporter advised of possible gas leak. Super and R/O arrived at location.
Upon investigation pilot light was found on. Super corrected condition
and secured the premise.

HAZARDOUS CONDITION
10/1/2010 400 Main St Reporter advised escalators at location are not in operation and the call
boxes were not working. Reporter referred to MTA.
10/3/2010 688 Main St Lights out at location. Mgmt. notified to correct the condition.
10/5/2010 510-580 Main St Reporter advised of wooden wedges being placed in the hinges of doors
to multiple locations causing them to not close properly. R/O canvassed
all locations to make sure doors were locked and secured.

10/13/2010 688 Main St Lights out at location. Mgmt. notified to correct the condition.
10/16/2010 Opp 750 Main St Youths observed trying to obtain their ball that went under a large gap in
the fence. Grounds notified and the location was cautioned off until the
condition could be corrected.
10/17/2010 R/O 500 Main St Broken pipe observed at location causing water to shoot 15ft into the air.
Grounds personnel notified to correct the condition.
10/19/2010 R/O 888 Main St Lights out at location. Mgmt. notified to correct the condition.
10/19/2010 580 & 560 Main St Canine fecal matter was found in hallway of location. Building
management notified to correct the condition.

10/5/2010 R/O 540 Main St Victim advised of fellow tenant who's dog had torn her coat. Victim
refused NYPD but requested tenant be spoken to.
10/6/2010 888 Main St R/O responded to a report of unknown individual climbing the structure of
the bridge. Search of area yielded negative results.
10/8/2010 580 Main St Reporter advised her dog was attacked by another dog who was not on a
least. Dog was not injured. Owner of dog not on a leash was advised of
leash laws.
10/11/2010 R/O 1 Main St Security worker was trying to gain access to location with another male to
show him the location. Access was denied as they did not have valid ID
cards to be at location.
10/12/2010 Opp 425 Main St Two males observed at Tram holding area. R/O stopped the subject and
asked for identification. Subject became irate stating he was an
employee. Subject advised he needed to secure the hatch. Information
was verified and subject was released.
10/12/2010 540 Main St Reporter advised clothes were thrown on the floor of the laundry room.
No damage to report.
10/13/2010 Opp 750 Main St Reporter advised cut trees and branches were dumped at location
unlawfully.
10/13/2010 F/O 546 Main St Reporter advised Red Bus driver saw him and did not pick him up at
location. Matter referred to Bus Supervisor.
10/13/2010 Opp 425 Main St Victim advised bicyclist was riding recklessly at location almost hitting
her dog. No injuries.
10/14/2010 619 Main St Female reporter advised of two suspicious males at location. Search of
area for subjects yielded negative results and female was escorted to her
vehicle. R/O was shown video tape of subjects but they were
unidentifiable.
10/18/2010 540/546 Main St Report of broken glass at location. Upon arrival and search of area report
was unfounded.
10/19/2010 645 Main St Mother of victim advised School Safety Officer broke up an incident
involving roughhousing with her son and another student and placed her
son in a neck hold. NYPD was on scene.
10/19/2010 575 Main St Reporter advised a smell of illegal substance. Upon arrival there was no
smell of illegal substance only cooking food.
10/21/2010 400 Main St Male observed at location attempting to sell food from an unauthorized
food cart. Male was advised he required a permit. Male packed up and
left the island. No food was sold.
10/21/2010 2-4 River Rd Reporter advised unknown woman screaming at location. Upon
investigation condition was unfounded.
10/22/2010 550 Main St Male entered PSD with two youths stating they were supposed to be pick
up at his door station. A female entered PSD shortly thereafter and male
left the location with the youths and the female.

10/23/2010 580 Main St Reporter advised of youths smoking an illegal substance at location.
Search of area yielded negative results.
10/24/2010 595 Main St Reporter advised unknown person was banging on her door attempting to
break in. Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Small dent
in door observed.
10/25/2010 595 Main St Report of smell of illegal substance at location. Upon arrival condition
was unfounded.
10/26/2010 Main Street Con Edison workers found along location testing for stray voltage.
Engineering department was notified.
10/27/2010 579 Main St Male reporter advised he did not like the way an employee at location had
spoken to him. He felt he was disrespected and wanted to file a report.

10/27/2010 546 Main St Reporter advised a neighboring tenant had left her garbage in the hallway.
Upon arrival R/O observed garbage, knocked on the door and tenant
advised she left it in the hallway prior to leaving for work so she would not
forget to throw it out. Condition was corrected.

10/28/2010 580 Main St Reporter advised female subject was shouting in the hallway. Upon
arrival condition was unfounded.
10/28/2010 580 Main St Reporter advised two individuals have been staying in her apartment
since February of 2010 and wanted information on how to have them
removed. Reporter was referred to building management and housing
court.
10/30/2010 531 Main St Female reporter alleges her apartment has been home invaded on several
occasions. No forced entry. Items that were taken on different occasions
were put back. She alleges the subject is a past employee or a building
management employee. NYPD reports have been filed as well as reports
with PSD.
10/30/2010 560 Main St Reporter advised he came in contact with male who he has an order of
protection against. Reporter could not provide documentation. Male
subject is a tenant in the same building. NYPD refused.

10/31/2010 510 Main St Reporter advised while walking past location she was struck with a small
item in the hand. No injuries. Search of area conducted for subjects with
negative results.

10/7/2010 540 Main St Youth was locked out of his apartment due to broken key in the lock.
Mother was at home, but sleeping and did not hear the door. Mother
opened door to allow youth to gain entry. Neighbor advised this is a
recurring problem. Matter referred to Youth Officer.

LOST/MISSING PROPERTY
10/7/2010 540 Main St Reporter advised she left her clothes in the dryer and upon her return they
were missing. Super will check the video surveillance camera.

10/19/2010 Opp 750 Main St Female reported she lost a silver earring at location. Search of area
yielded negative results.
10/21/2010 536 Main St Male reported he left his cell phone on the bench at location and when he
returned it was gone.
10/23/2010 750 Main St Reporter advised an ambulance was parked at location two weeks ago
and upon his return it is now missing. NYPD on scene to file a report.

10/2/2010 F/O 200 Main St Found drug paraphernalia at location. Property secured at PSD.
10/15/2010 580 Main St Reporter advised smell of illegal substance is present in bedroom of
location. R/O confirmed building management notified.

10/1/2010 Opp 475 Main St R/O observed Sukkoth roof caved in at location due to high winds and
rain. Rabbi notified of condition.
10/7/2010 560 Main St Lobby door of location would not open due to faulty lock. Super on scene
to correct the condition.
10/8/2010 888 Main St Tire marks found on the outfield of location due to members parking their
vehicles unlawfully. Members have been advised in the past not to park
their vehicles at the location.

10/6/2010 540 Main St Smoke alarm sounded at location. Upon arrival smell of burnt food was
present. Unable to determine the location.
10/10/2010 546 Main St Smoke alarm at location due to burnt food. FDNY on scene along with
R/O and building Super.
10/11/2010 415 Main St Report of smoke condition at location. Upon arrival it was determined
through FDNY dispatch that condition was due to a Con Edison Steam
pipe.
10/13/2010 560 Main St Smoke condition due to burnt food on the stove. No property damage to
report.
10/25/2010 510 Main St Smoke condition due to burnt food. No property damage to report.

SHOPLIFTING
10/31/2010 686 Main St Reporter advised unknown male took a pack of beer and left location.
Search of area conducted with negative results.

UNSECURED (VEH / PREMISE)


10/15/2010 543 Main St Lights observed on at location and found to be unsecured. Search of
interior found all to be in order and location was secured by R/O.
10/17/2010 281 Main St Door found unsecured at location. Staff member aware of the situation
stating it is propped open for members to go in and out. R/O advised staff
to keep door secured at all times. Door was then secured.

10/24/2010 Opp 200 Main St Gate observed unsecured at location. Upon search of area found
construction worker on site. Verification of authorization was made and
gate was secured.
10/27/2010 688 Main St Vehicle observed with right front door open. Vehicle appeared in order.
Owner contacted and arrived to secure vehicle. Owner confirmed all in
order.

VEHICLE ACCIDENT
10/1/2010 694 Main St Passenger vehicle while attempting to park struck a Red Bus causing
damage to both the vehicle and the bus. No injuries. NYPD on scene for
report.
10/7/2010 686 Main St Motorist hit a traffic sign at location. Grounds on scene and will replace
the sign. No injuries.
10/7/2010 567 Main St Reporter advised his vehicle was parked when a Commercial Van
attempted to park behind him hitting his rear bumper causing damage.
NYPD notified for report.
10/12/2010 F/O 563 Main St A van struck a parked vehicle while trying to park. Damage sustained to
the front of vehicle. No damages to van or injuries to either party. NYPD
on scene for report.
10/14/2010 F/O 10 River Rd Access-A-Ride bus came down from the ramp and slowly moved across
traffic into the left lane hitting a Red Bus. No injuries to any passengers
or drivers. All passengers moved to another bus. Driver of Access-A-Ride
bus will be evaluated. NYPD on scene for report. EMS refused.

10/28/2010 688 Main St Vehicle #1 struck vehicle #2 while backing out of a parking space causing
damage to both vehicles. NYPD on scene for report.

VISITATION (CHILD CUSTODY)


10/27/2010 580 Main St Dispute between Mother and Father over child custody/visitation. NYPD
and PSD on scene. Child was given to the Mother and both parties were
referred to family court.
10/29/2010 550 Main St Visitation exchange of children by parents conducted at location without
incident.
10/31/2010 550 Main St R/O arrived on scene for a dispute involving a violation of
visitation/custody pick up procedures. Both parties ceased their dispute
and went their separate ways.

WATER LEAK
10/3/2010 540 Main St Water leak at location due to an overflowing toilet. Super on scene to
correct the condition. No property damage.
10/3/2010 S/O 501 Main St Water condition due to faulty sprinkler system. Water was shut off and
Engineering notified to correct the condition.
10/4/2010 580 Main St Water leak at location due to broken pipe. Super on scene to correct the
condition.
10/10/2010 625 Main St Water leak at location due to overflowing toilet. Service on scene to
correct the condition.
10/13/2010 575 Main St Flooding condition due to tenant falling asleep in the tub. Six confirmed
apartments were flooded. Maintenance to visit all affected apartments to
correct the condition.

Two separate tenants at location reported water leak from the walls of
their apartment. Super on scene and advised condition will be corrected.

NOISE
10/6/2010 556 Main St R/O responded to complaint of barking dog. Location was confirmed but
no answer at the door.
10/7/2010 556 Main St Several complaints of dog barking. Location of barking confirmed.
Tenant has been spoken to in the past. This is an ongoing problem.
Matter has been referred to building management.
10/15/2010 510 Main St Neighboring tenants filed simultaneous complaints against each other.
Both parties were advised to be considerate of the noise and the matter
was forwarded to building management.
10/22/2010 510 Main St Reporter advised of tenant making noise at early hours of the morning.
This is an ongoing condition and reporter wanted the incident to be
documented for building management.
10/23/2010 540 Main St R/O responded to numerous complaints of loud music. R/O spoke with
tenant and the condition was corrected.
10/25/2010 540 Main St Reporter advised of banging on her door. Search of area for subjects
yielded negative results.
10/30/2010 560 Main St Reporter advised of ongoing noise at location. Reporter advised building
management who referred them to PSD. PSD will monitor the area and
advised reporter to contact PSD for further assistance.
10/30/2010 R/O 555 Main St Several complaints of youths making excessive noise at location. Youths
advised their parents were attending a party. R/O advised youths to keep
the noise down and they complied.

TRESPASS
10/7/2010 R/O 900 Main St ARREST Two male subjects observed at location unlawfully with open
containers. Both subjects began to act in a disorderly fashion and were
issued summonses on scene.
10/10/2010 1 Main St ARREST Male and female subjects found at location unlawfully. Both
subjects were taken into custody, issued summonses and released.

10/15/2010 R/O 580 Main St Youth observed on rocks of location. Youth stated he dropped his phone
and was retrieving. Youth was warned and admonished.
10/28/2010 686 Main St ARREST Store owner contacted PSD to report two subjects taking items
from the store. Subjects were issued trespass notices and asked not to
return to the store again.
10/30/2010 1 Main St ARREST Four subjects observed at location unlawfully. Subjects were
escorted out of location and issued summonses and released.
10/31/2010 R/O 900 Main St ARREST Three subjects observed in vehicle parked at location unlawfully.
Subjects also had in their possession one bag of marijuana. Subjects
were taken into custody, issued summonses and released.

HARASSMENT
10/1/2010 2 River Rd Reporter advised unknown female tenant is constantly harassing him and
his wife whenever they encounter female. NYPD refused.
10/5/2010 540 Main St Victim advised of harassment in laundry room of location by two male
subjects. Victim refused NYPD, but wanted subjects spoken to.

10/5/2010 560 Main St Victim advised of harassment by three subjects who pushed, punched
and verbally threatened him at location. Subjects were identified via video
tapes from building management. Mother of victim would like to mediate
with other subjects parents.
10/8/2010 580 Main St Victim advised female subject is continually harassing her and intoxicated
at her front door. R/O responds with negative findings. An hour later
victim contacted PSD that an anonymous caller contacted ACS and they
are now doing an investigation. R/O on scene.

10/10/2010 R/O 10 River Rd Male and female couple were walking by location when a group of youths
began shouting profanity and abusive language at them. Reporter
advised to contact PSD at time of occurrence.
10/10/2010 R/O 580 Main St Male and female victims advised of two youths throwing bottles at them.
Youths were identified and brought into PSD. Their parents were
contacted and youths were released. Victim's did not want to press
charges.
10/11/2010 F/O 510 Main St Victim advised youths were using derogatory language towards him.
NYPD on scene but stated no evidence for report.
10/13/2010 F/O 563 Main St Victim advised male subject followed her and threw a cup of alcohol in her
face. Search of area for subject yielded negative results. Victim identified
subject's vehicle. NYPD on scene for report.

10/18/2010 888 Main St Victim advised female subject came into his place of work to harass him
regarding her husband being fired from his job. Search of area for subject
yielded negative results.
10/22/2010 F/O 543 Main St Male and female approached R/O stating that each one was harassing the
other. Both parties agreed not to have any contact with each other and
went their separate ways. NYPD refused.
10/22/2010 625 Main St Victim advised subject had harassed him in the past. Victim states he
approached subject and subject was intoxicated and pushed him. Victim
refused NYPD.
10/29/2010 550 Main St Male victim advised unknown female threatened him at a party striking his
face.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
10/10/2010 F/O 576 Main St R/O responded to call of youths fighting. Upon arrival two youths fled the
scene. One youth was questioned and became combative shoving R/O.
Youth was taken into custody and was released to the custody of his
mother first being warned and admonished.
10/10/2010 F/O 550 Main St ARREST R/O observed disorderly group of youths. All youths dispersed
but two who became combative, belligerent and physical with R/O. Both
youths were taken into custody and transported to 114 Pct for processing.

10/19/2010 F/O 688 Main St ARREST Two male subjects and one female subject involved in a physical
dispute. Upon R/O's arrival subjects became disorderly using obscene
language. Subjects were taken into custody, issued summonses and
released.
10/28/2010 F/O 550 Main St ARREST Male was observed acting suspiciously. Upon approach male
became disorderly using obscenities to R/O. Male had in his possession
a broad tip graffiti marker. Subject was issued summonses and released.

DOMESTIC DISPUTE
10/2/2010 888 Main St Victim reported her husband is unlawfully imprisoning her in their
apartment. NYPD on scene for report. Advised victim to go to family
court.
10/12/2010 501-555 Main St Father and daughter involved in a dispute over the daughter's behavior in
school. Youth Officer present and both Father and daughter restored
communication and went home.
10/14/2010 540 Main St Mother and daughter involved in a dispute. Daughter is an adult and does
not live at location. Mother advised daughter to leave within the hour.
Mother will call PSD if any other action is required.

10/16/2010 556 Main St Mother and son involved in a dispute. R/O spoke with youth regarding
behavior. NYPD refused and no injuries to report.
10/23/2010 540 Main St Mother advised PSD that her daughter was not welcome in her home and
wanted her to leave the premises. Upon R/O's arrival daughter was
leaving the premises.
10/24/2010 888 Main St Dispute between husband and wife. Both parties made statements. Wife
stated husband had kicked her earlier in the day. NYPD on scene to take
a report.
10/26/2010 888 Main St Wife of past dispute contacted PSD to state she will return home today,
but wanted advice on what to do if the incident happened again. Wife was
advised to contact NYPD and PSD immediately.
10/28/2010 546 Main St Female reported she was being harassed by her sister and wanted to file a
report for future reference.
10/29/2010 560 Main St Male and female observed involved in a dispute. Male took keys from
female and attempted to lock her out of apartment. Male was escorted
from the building. No injuries.
10/31/2010 580 Main St Two female relatives involved in a dispute at location. Aunt did not want
adult niece in her apartment. Both parties agreed to go their separate
ways. No injuries and NYPD refused.

OTHER VIOLATIONS
10/1/2010 R/O 100 Main St ARREST Male subject observed urinating in public. Subject issued
summons on scene.
10/1/2010 F/O 200 Main St ARREST Two male subjects observed in possession of marijuana.
Subjects were placed into custody and transported to the 114 Pct for
processing.
10/2/2010 R/O 30 River Rd ARREST Subject observed with open container. Subject issued
summons on scene.
10/2/2010 400 Main St Three male subjects observed jumping the turnstiles at location. NYPD on
scene who warned and admonished. Subjects escorted out of the
subway.
10/3/2010 F/O 400 Main St Motorist stopped for disobeying stop sign. Motorist did not have a
driver's license. Motorist issued a summons on scene. Owner of vehicle
came in to pick up vehicle.
10/7/2010 200 Main St Male and female subjects observed in vehicle engaging in public
lewdness. Both subjects appeared intoxicated. Subjects were warned
and admonished. Vehicle keys were taken and owner of vehicle was
advised to retrieve keys at PSD at 7:00 a.m.
10/9/2010 R/O 540 Main St ARREST Two subjects observed in possession of marijuana as well as
open containers. Subjects were transported to 114 Pct for arrest
processing.
10/9/2010 587 Main St ARREST Two subjects observed with open containers. Subjects were
issued summonses on scene.
10/9/2010 900 Main St ARREST Male observed utilizing a personal grill at location. Male was
advised there are signs posted. Male was issued a summons.
10/15/2010 R/O 888 Main St ARREST Subject observed with open container. Subject issued
summons on scene.
10/18/2010 Opp 875 Main St R/O observed two males using a grill at location. Males advised they were
not permitted and quickly doused the fire. Males were warned and
admonished.
10/21/2010 R/O 40 River Rd ARREST Two subjects observed with open container. Subjects were
issued summonses on scene.
10/21/2010 550 Main St ARREST Motorist stopped for illegal u-turn. Upon stop motorist became
irate and failed to comply with a lawful order. Motorist was issued two
summonses and released.
10/21/2010 R/O 900 Main St ARREST Two subjects observed in vehicle at location smoking a
marijuana cigarette. Both subjects were taken into custody and
transported to 114 Pct for arrest processing.
10/24/2010 F/O 688 Main St ARREST While making a vehicle stop R/O observed strong smell of
marijuana coming from vehicle. Upon search of vehicle found marijuana
cigarette. Three subjects were taken into custody, issued summonses
and released.
10/25/2010 F/O 400 Main St ARREST Subject observed exposing himself causing public lewdness.
Subject was taken into custody and brought to central booking for arrest
processing.
10/28/2010 F/O 591 Main St R/O observed motorist fail to yield to pedestrians in the cross walk. R/O
approached motorist who was parked and asked for identification.
Motorist became combative and entered PSD to speak with the Sgt.
Motorist was warned and admonished.

10/4/2010 510 Main St Victim advised of harassment by three individuals. NYPD on scene to file
a report.

PETIT LARCENY
10/11/2010 R/O 501 Main St Victim advised two male youths took his Iphone out of his hand and ran
from location. Victim later saw youth, but did not approach for fear of his
safety. Will advise if he sees them again.
10/15/2010 520 Main St Victim advised unknown person took $15 from a bowl on the counter at
location. Store workers were in the back office and did not observe any
theft. NYPD refused.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
10/3/2010 Opp 888 Main St Reporter advised two youths were throwing rocks at the tennis players.
Search of area yielded negative results. NYPD refused and no injuries.

10/11/2010 536 Main St Reporter advised graffiti was written on walls inside of vacant apartment
as well as paper was burned in the kitchen drawers and sink. No forced
entry.
10/12/2010 540 Main St R/o observed a small hole in the wall. Search of area for subjects yielded
negative results. Building management notified.
10/13/2010 560 Main St Reporter advised of eggs thrown on the floor of location. Search for
subjects yielded negative results. Service notified to correct the
condition.
10/15/2010 530 Main St Broken window observed at location. Caution tape was placed around
window and Grounds personnel were notified to correct the condition.

10/17/2010 555 Main St Two flower pots reported turned over at location. Search of area for
subjects yielded negative results. Building management notified.

10/17/2010 625/591 Main St Flower planters and garbage receptacles were overturned at location.
Search for subjects yielded negative results.
10/18/2010 R/O 500 Main St Two benches turned over at location. Search of area for subject yielded
negative results.
10/27/2010 510 Main St Reporter advised of broken beer bottles at location. Search of area for
subjects yielded negative results. Super contacted to correct the
condition.
10/30/2010 560 Main St Reporter advised youths in the hallway who broke a glass window.
Search of area for subjects yielded negative results. Building
management notified and will have the window repaired.

10/4/2010 40 River Rd NYPD ARREST Subject caused two lacerations to the left side of the
victim's face due to a verbal dispute. EMS and NYPD on scene.

BURGLARY
10/1/2010 546 Main St Reporter advised his dell laptop and black bag was missing from his
apartment. Reporter did not dead bolt lock the door. NYPD on scene to
file a report.
