3. Previous jobs, when, where, in what capacity. In your present position, have
you changed anything operationally/ strategically in the organization?

I¶m working as Senior Vice President -Human Resources for Kohler Co. and a
member of the company¶s Board of Directors. Majorly responsible for the
company¶s worldwide Human Resources organization. Specifically oversees
global talent management, compensation and benefit programs, Learning,
Organizational Development, Diversity, Labor Relations and Security.

I began my career at Kohler Co. in 1995 as Director-Public Affairs. I was appointed Vice
President of Communications in 1998. In 1999, I was named Vice President of Human
Resources and elected to Kohler Co.¶s Board of Directors. And I was promoted to Senior
Vice President of Human Resources in 2002 with the addition of Labor Relations.

Prior to joining Kohler Co., I served as Executive Director of the Kohler Foundation, Inc., for
two years. Earlier in my career, I facilitated team development as an Outward Bound
facilitator for clients such as Quaker Oats, Wharton Business School and the University of
Chicago; managed National Players, a classical theater company in Washington, D.C.; and
worked for Youth Guidance, a Chicago agency providing artists to Chicago Public Schools.

It¶s really the great humanitarian leaders in the world who inspire me. SoGandhi is certainly
one, but also Nelson Mandela is another, mainly people who have made a difference in
people¶s lives. I think what Bill Gates is doing now with the Gates foundation« I would
hope some day that I can have a major impact on people¶s lives.

So that¶s why I¶m champion of Kohler Stewardship which is our Corporate Social
Responsibility and I¶m very passionate about Kohler Stewardship.

Being an executive of this company I¶m very proud of and all the accomplishments that I
have made as an executive and working, I¶m very proud of. But I¶m also very proud of being
mother of three girls. They are 3 very responsible girls and they are on their way to be very
responsible global citizens. So it is a combination of my professional achievements and
personal.

Before I join Kohler Company, I actually produced and directed a theatre improvisation of
famous people. It was put on TV, on CBS, a network in United States and it was picked up by
Chicago Tribune, Multiple Times and also then on CBS. It was called †
 -
and that was my 15 minutes of fame.

It¶s Time. I wish I had more time to devote to my job in terms of more time to think, more
time to plan & reflect. I wish I had more time as a mother. I just wish that time is not going so
fast.

# $"% &

Two things- I like to say '( %) because I believe that sometimes when you get to be
where I¶m in an organization you forget to say Thank You and the other phrase that I use a
lot is '* % "" +) so taking a great idea and there are lots of great ideas in
the world« but then also getting a team to really make it happen so ³How do we make that
happen?´

, -

I will go anywhere in the world with my family. We travel a lot, we never usually go to a
place more than once so we always experience a new place. But I always want to be with my
girls and my husband.

9. Names of spouse and kid/s (if any).
