since dec 2009.

chloromint, cofitos etc.
Job Profile:
Maintenance Responsibilities:-
▪ Responsible for overall maintenance(Electrical/Instrument & Mechanical) of main plant and
utility.
▪ Manpower Management and Coordination with vendors.
▪ Responsible for maintaining minimum inventory of engineering spares for smooth running of
Plant.
▪ Awareness of ISO 14001:2004, ISO 18001:2007 & ISO 22000:2007.
▪ Planning for preventive & predictive maintenance.
▪ working with SAP system.
▪ working with TPM System.
▪ Programming of S7-300 and S7 400 PLC’s and hardware configuration of the distributed
System (ET200, AC Drives).
▪ Knowledge of industrial communication through PROFIBUS,CANBUS and LAN.
▪ Good working knowledge of SCADA system winCC Flexible with some basic developing
knowledge.
Project Responsibilities:-
▪ Responsible for Errection and commisioning of two fully automatic candy producing lines
manufactured by Executive Spa (Italy).
▪ manpower Management and coordination for Project activities with vendors.
▪ Estimation & Costing.

(2) worked with M/s Pasupati Acrylon Limited From June 2006 to December 2009 As a
Electrical & Instrument Engineer.
Organization Profile: M/s Pasupati Acrylon Limited an ISO-9001-2000 is engaged with the
manufacturing of Acrylic Fiber, Tow & Tops. The Plant is continuous process with
polymerization, distillation and 6.6 MW Thermal power plant and having turnover approx. 300
crores.
Job Profile:
▪ Programming of PLCs (S7-300) using simatic manager software and PLC (S7-200)
using simatic step7 microwin32 software.
▪ Maintenance, fault finding and online changes in ladder logic of PLC based m/c's.
▪ Installation, programming and maintenance of AC drives (ABB,YASAKAWA and
Siemens make), Analog and digital DC drives (Contraves and Siemens make) and Servo
drives (Parker make).
▪ Maintenance and programming of siemens LOGO.
▪ Configuration of SCADA(Movicon).
▪ Maintenance and calibration of microprocessor based smart transmitters (Rosemount and
Yokogawa make).
▪ Maintenance and calibration of control valves(Pnematic and Motorized) I/P and P/I convertors and
pressure gauge.
▪ Maintenance of flow tubes, RTD's, Thermocouples.
▪ Configuration of PID controllers (MOD30 ABB make).
▪ Maintenance of hydraulic press m/c which includes solenoid valves, proximity switches,
photocells, pressure switch’s and level switch’s.
▪ Maintenance of AC and DC motors and analog and digital techo generators.
▪ Fault finding in relay and contactor logic based m/c's.
▪ Maintenance of PCC & MCC.

Educational Qualification:
- B.E. in Electronics and Communication engineering from Govt. Engineering College
Ujjain (M.P.) in 2006 (67%).
- 10+2 from MP Board in 2001
- 10’Th from MP Board in 1999

IT Skills:
Programming language (C, C++, ASP.NET, C#), Database (SQL Server), knowledge of SDLC,
CMM, QA/QC, Basics of networking

AUTOMATION TRAINING:
(a) Done automation training on PLC programming (Siemens) from Diagnostic Automation
and Control Okhala industrial area New Delhi in 2006.
