• According to Gekko, “Money is not everything. It is not

prime commodity in our lives.” Then what is?

Ans: According to Gekko Time is the prime commodity in our lives.

• What is the most dangerous question on WALL

STREET?
Ans: According to WALL STREET the most dangerous question is
“ Is greedy is good”.

• What is “The mother of all bubbles”?

Ans: Among the all bobbles there is only one bubble which can go top
and that bubble is the mother of all bubbles. Here as an investment
banker Mr. $James is the mother of all bubbles.

• Gordon Gekko: Someone reminded me I once said

“Greed is good”. Now it seems it’s legal. Because

everyone is drinking the same Kool Aid. What did he

mean? Is greed is still good to Gekko?

Ans: Based on Gekko greed is good because it helps to progress in our
life. For this greediness people will work more and achieving more.
Greed exists everywhere. Now it’s become legal. For this we can say that
greed is still good to Gekko.

• “The mother of all evil is speculation.” To what extend

do you agree with this?

Ans: Speculation is getting profit based on information without using

own money. We agree with this statement because of people are doing
business based on information in stock market and because of wrong
rumors many firm become bankrupt and many firm become profitable.

Consider the following terms:

“Insider trading”, “Moral hazard “and “Rival firms were

us into economic crisis.

Insider trading: Inside trading refers using others firms secret information
to work against them.
Moral hazard: Its means when someone uses our money and takes no
responsibility for it.
Rival firms were battling it out: When critical situations are come that
time rivals do something that comes in for our favor.

Economic crisis: When the business continues trade on credit and if they
become unable to repay the loan that may lead economic crisis.

4th task

What is the moral of this story? (Minimum 250 words)

Here is a person who is loyal for his work. When Mr. James offers Jocob to
work with him he reject that proposal because he know what Mr. James need
its illegal. Jocob try to stop him by asking his price. Jecob also think about
his country, for this reason he want to invest money on hydro fusion. Here
money in not everything and time is the prime thing in life because if it goes
it never comes. Relationship and bond can make change into a man. Gekko’s
greed change for this bond, a bond with father and daughter. If money goes
then it’s back but if those bond break its very difficult to link again.
Although speculation is necessary for business by Gekko’s book he tries to
inform people about the bad side of the speculation. In his later life he don’t
think about the insider treading. Though Winnine know about the money but
she doesn’t use the money, she thinks to give all her money to the poor
people. When Zebel in economic crisis he still paid bonus to Jecob. The
most important things in this story are no bubble can be stay for long time.
Bubble must be explored. As like Gekko Mr. James also sent to the jail for
his illegal work. Mr. James consider only money and for that he doing many
unethical work. Because of that he was suspend for his job.
