2. Register (industry, contact information, website, etc.)
3. Edit user profile
4. Log In/Log out
5. Read and sign user agreements
6. Opt of InSource contract/contract release
7. Pay fee for contract release
8. Unregister
9. Initiate job request (specify job details, industry, deadlines,
deliverables, cost, etc.)
10. Cancel a job request
11. Edit job request prior to release
12. Edit job specifications/deliverables during “active” state
13. Select contractor based on cost, experience, and past performance
14. Re-negotiate fees during “active” state
