monetary system funds, and Public Affairs Officer for the PRT. Advised the PRT
Commander on all matters regarding Civil Affairs, CMO, and Counter-Insurgency

Team Sergeant for a Civil Affairs Team Alpha (CAT-A) in Afghanistan during Operation
Enduring Freedom XII. Responsible to assists the unit in tactical employment, training,
discipline, health, morale and welfare of a four man CAT-A. As a member of a CAT-A,
provides regional and cultural expertise to supported commanders; identifies and
facilitates Foreign National Support (FNS) ; conduct liaison with civilian authorities;
minimizes civilian interference with military operations within his area of operations
(AOR).
Served as Civil Affairs CAT-A NCO (38B Civil Affairs) and Pay Agent for CERP
monetary system funds. Assisted the PRT Commander on all matters regarding Civil
Affairs, CMO, and Counter-Insurgency Operations. Managed over $300,000 quarterly

civil information to the supported unit and CMOC for inclusion of civil inputs to PRT

Operations Officer, perform Senior NCO-level coordination with Principal Staff Sections
and CJTF Staff Sections; serves as Assistant Command Security Manager, Force
Protection Level II NCO, Battalion Safety NCO and Training NCO; as a Senior. NCO,
