Elite Air Catering The goal of Elite Air Catering is to treat customers as family and to establish a personal relationship with every client. We understand how important a catering order is to the success of the flight. Elite Air will cater any request and work directly with the client to ensure all details of the catering exceed expectations. We focus exclusively on Aircraft Catering, FDA approved and open 24/7, 365 days a year. Jeff Rhodes is the Owner and Executive Chef of Elite Air. Jeff graduated from The California Culinary Academy in 1989 and immediately traveled abroad to learn essential culinary techniques from a variety of cultures around the world. His experience includes working as a Private Chef for an exclusive Resort in Fiji and in the Virgin Islands. In 1995 Jeff founded JR Catering in Alameda, Ca, which was the beginning of his successful career in Aircraft Catering. He quickly established a reputation throughout the Bay Area for providing quality and consistent aircraft catering. Jeff s extensive culinary expertise, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and 24/7 commitment was the foundation of JR s success. Jeff was the primary caterer for many of the exclusive FBO s, Clientele and Corporations throughout the Bay Area until the end of 2002 when he made the tough decision to sell his company and relocate. In early 2009 Jeff started Elite Air Catering and now incorporates the same proven techniques he perfected at JR Catering. In addition he continues to research and develop new menu ideas and culinary trends to ensure client satisfaction. With over 15 years of experience Elite Air continues to revolutionize Aircraft Catering while keeping our commitment to old school quality and Superior Customer Service. We guarantee every client will be treated as they should be, with VIP Service and the Highest Quality Catering. Our policy is to do the job once and do it right the first time. Elite Air s proven experience gives us the knowledge to listen to our client s requests to ensure we meet and exceed every detail involved with the flight. If needed, we are here to give suggestions on packaging, products and availability that relates to the order. Based on the details of the order we can guide our clients on how much product will be suitable and assist each client in understanding our portion size so catering needs are met. In addition we always ask if there is anything else we can assist with including information on transportation, local restaurants and events in the area. Elite Air strives to be the absolute best in our craft and we continue to create new menu concepts, cooking techniques and implement culinary trends. We will always provide quality, consistency and value for every order from our initial contact with our client until the time of delivery.

 Business Hours are 24/7, 365 days a year.  All menu selections and prices are subject to availability and subject to change without notice.  Additional cost for menu items ordered to be plated instead of boxed or in bulk. This excludes trays.  All orders are assessed with a delivery fee based on location of FBO.  Oakland No Delivery Charge  Elite Air assumes no liability for packaging and/or products once delivered.  Elite Air assumes no liability for Sushi, Sashimi and/or any other raw fish or meat items ordered.  Elite Air assumes no liability for pre-ordered take out items from restaurant and/or specialty shops.  Any Rush Order placed within 4 hours of delivery will be charged even if cancelled.  We would appreciate at least 6 hours notice for changes to the catering and will do our best to fulfill all requests.  All orders require a 6 hour cancellation notice to avoid charges. *All specialty items cancelled must be paid in full.  Pre-ordered and/or non-returnable specialty items will be charged if cancelled. Credit Card will be required at time of order
