This end user license agreement ( EULA ) is a legal agreement between You (either an
individual or an entity) and S.C. Extend Studio S.R.L. ( Extend Studio ). By purcha
sing any of our software products ( Products ) or by downloading, copying, or otherw
ise using the Products, you agree that you have read and understood this EULA in
its entirety and that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditi
ons of this EULA.
These Products may be used by You on a single machine at the same time. For mult
iple or unlimited user licenses, please contact Extend Studio at sales@extendstu
dio.com. Extend Studio Products may not be redistributed, modified or resold in
any way without the written permission of Extend Studio. Some of the Products in
clude a licensing system that reads a hardware code from your computer and makes
a periodical check of your serial number. The hardware code is only used for va
lidation purposes. By installing the Products you agree to the use of this syste
m. By using the licensing system Extend Studio will not collect any personally i
dentifiable information or any other information from your computer.
Products may be used for personal and/or commercial projects such as websites, w
eb applications, offline presentations and other multimedia presentations. For a
ny kind of product embedding or services based on the Product, such as but not e
xclusively, TV/ motion pictures, CD-ROMS, cell phones and PDAs, web services and
portals a special license must be obtained from Extend Studio.
Some of our Products are used or could be used in connection with other third pa
rties software. Extend Studio does not take any responsibility and will not be he
ld liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage
(including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption or the li
ke) caused through the use of the Products in connection with third parties softw
are. By purchasing the Products, You declare that you have a valid license of th
at third party s software which grants you the right to use the third party s softwa
re. You are also aware and assume full responsibility that, by using that third
party s software you don t violate any Intellectual Property Rights which exist or m
ight be claimed in those third party s software.
Extend Studio does not take any responsibility and will not be held liable for a
ny direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage (including dama
ges for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption or the like) for the cor
rect workings of the Products or for the Products which has been altered, adapte
d or otherwise modified in any way or used contrary to Products Specifications.
By purchasing the Software you agree that you have read and understood all the d
ocumentation accompanying the Products, such as the Product Description and the
complete List of Features (collectively named Products Specifications ) displayed o
n the page of the Product that you're purchasing. By purchasing the Products you
also agree that you have understood all the legal and technical consequences of
using the Products including using the Products in connection with third party s
software.
All products are sold on an AS IS basis. All features are listed on the Product
page (the document named List of Features ). By ordering a product from Extend Stud
io you also agree to the Extend Studio Refund Policy that is available on our we
bsite.
All the documentations and demos that come with the products are in the full pro
perty of Extend Studio and are not to be reproduced or redistributed for either
commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent of Extend St
udio.
By ordering from Extend Studio you agree that you wish to purchase the selected
Product(s) and that you will not hold Extend Studio responsible in any way. Pur
chasing and/or using any of our Products (including freebies) means that you hav
e understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this EULA.
