1)side effects of Lasix:

1) dry mouth, thirst, nausea, vomiting

2) feeling weak, drowsy, restless, or light-headed;

3)fast or uneven heartbeat;

4)muscle pain or weakness;

5)urinating less than usual or not at all;

6)easy bruising or bleeding, unusual weakness;

7)a red, blistering, peeling skin rash;

8)hearing loss; or

9)nausea, stomach pain, low fever, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored
stools, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).

Less serious Lasix side effects may include:

1)diarrhea, constipation, or stomach pain;

2)headache;

3)numbness, burning, pain, or tingly feeling;

4)dizziness; or

5)blurred vision.

2)side effect of warfarin :

1) Hemorrhage

2) Warfarin necrosis

3) Osteoporosis

4) Purple toe syndrome

3)side effect hydrocort:


1)Fluid and Electrolyte Disturbances

Sodium retention, Fluid retention, Congestive heart failure in susceptible patients,


Potassium loss, Hypokalemic alkalosis, Hypertension

2)Musculoskeletal

Muscle weakness, Steroid myopathy, Loss of muscle mass, Osteoporosis, Vertebral


compression fractures, Aseptic necrosis of femoral and humeral heads, Pathologic
fracture of long bones

3)Gastrointestinal

Peptic ulcer with possible perforation and hemorrhage, Pancreatitis, Abdominal


distention, Ulcerative esophagitis

4)Dermatologic

Impaired wound healing, Thin fragile skin, Petechiae and ecchymoses, Facial erythema,
Increased sweating, May suppress reactions to skin tests

5)Neurological

Convulsions, Increased intracranial pressure with papilledema (pseudotumor cerebri)


usually after treatment, Vertigo, Headache

6)Endocrine

Menstrual irregularities, Development of Cushingoid state, Suppression of growth in


children, Secondary adrenocortical and pituitary unresponsiveness, particularly in times
of stress, as in trauma, surgery, or illness, Decreased carbohydrate tolerance,
Manifestations of latent diabetes mellitus, Increased requirements of insulin or oral
hypoglycemic agents in diabetics

7)Ophthalmic

Posterior subcapsular cataracts, Increased intraocular pressure, Glaucoma, Exophthalmos

8)Metabolic

Negative nitrogen balance due to protein catabolism

The following additional reactions are related to parenteral corticosteroid therapy:

Allergic, anaphylactic or other hypersensitivity reactions, Hyperpigmentation or


hypopigmentation, Subcutaneous and cutaneous atrophy, Sterile abscess
4) Ventolin side effects :

1)chest pain and fast, pounding, or uneven heart beats;

2)tremor, nervousness;

3)low potassium (confusion, uneven heart rate, extreme thirst, increased urination,
leg discomfort, muscle weakness or limp feeling)

5) Aspirin side effects :

1)black, bloody, or tarry stools;

2)coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds;

3)severe nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain;

4)fever lasting longer than 3 days;

5)swelling, or pain lasting longer than 10 days; or

6)hearing problems, ringing in your ears.

Less serious side effects may include:

1)upset stomach, heartburn;

2)drowsiness; or

3)headache.

5) Body as a Whole: Allergic reaction and asthenia Cardiovascular: Palpitations

Dermatologic: Pruritus and rash

Digestive: Constipation, dry mouth, dyspepsia, and flatulence

Musculoskeletal: Back pain, muscle cramps, and myalgia

Neurologic and Psychiatric: Anxiety, insomnia, paresthesia, and somnolence

Respiratory: Dyspnea

Special Senses: Vertigo

Urogenital: Impotence

Other reported events seen less frequently in clinical trials included chest pain, syncope,
anorexia, vomiting, and angioedema.

 Disturbances of the gut such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, indigestion or


abdominal pain.
 Inflammation of the stomach (gastritis).
 Ulceration or bleeding in the stomach or intestine (see warning section above).
 Skin rashes.
 Retention of water in the body tissues (fluid retention), resulting in swelling
(oedema).
 Increased blood pressure (hypertension).
 Heart failure.
 Allergic reactions such as severe skin rashes, swelling of the lips, tongue and
throat (angioedema) or narrowing of the airways (asthma attack or
bronchospasm).
 Headache.
 Visual disturbances.
 Dizziness.
 Depression.
 Confusion.
 Pins and needles sensations.
 Drowsiness.
 Sensation of spinning (vertigo).
 Sensation of ringing or other noise in the ears (tinnitus).
 Abnormal reaction of the skin to light, usually a rash (photosensitivity).
 Kidney, liver or blood disorders.
