REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am reporting an incident of criminal behavior and asking that an investigation be
opened, pursuant to US code, statute and case law:
1) That Judge James R. Chylinski of the 3rd Circuit Court of Wayne County, located in
the City of Detroit, the State of Michigan did hold office without an Oath of Office
on file (see attached exhibit) during the years of 2000 and 2001 as required by both
Michigan and Federal Constitutions.
2) That Judge James R. Chylinski did adjudicate hundreds, if not thousands of cases
during this time acting under color of law and impersonating a judicial official.
I have tried to call attention to this issue in many other venues and no one seems to
acknowledge the illegality of his acts. I beseech you to take a look into this issue. Public
officials who choose to ignore the Constitutional mandates injure innocents who count on fair
dealings and honest officials.
