The island is home to a number of rare species such as the Seahorse and Frogfish which are often difficult to see
elsewhere in the world. Most of the diving in Barbados takes place on the south and west coast barrier reefs fringing
the island. These reefs commonly have schools of reef fish like snappers, yellow goat fish, grunts and creole wrasse.

Night diving is a thrilling addition to a diver’s experience — a good time to see marine creatures that prefer to feed
at night such as octopus, shrimps, crabs, basket stars and crinoids.
