in 1953, the CIA has developed a tried and true methodology that
brings governments to their knees. Based heavily on propaganda,
clandestine sabotage, and other dirty tricks, the CIA has perfected
human the techniques of creating tension within a society and shepherding
that tension to the breaking point.
The World
The sabotage techniques presented herein, can be found useful
by many an anti-authoritarian, eco-defender, animal-liberator, or
capitalists revolutionary. They represent a low-tech way to “tax” the state out
of existence. The CIA is the most experienced organization in the
world at overthrowing governments and this is their manual. These
techniques get results and with low risk to the participant. If done
in a decentralized grassroots fashion, sabotage can bring down any
corporation or state.

CIA documents and histories are a proverbial gold mine to those

wishing to overthrow the corporatist imperial state—where ever they
live. The documents from the CIA’s coup in Iran, Guatemala, and the
failed Bay of Pigs invasion are pretty well declassified and should be
required reading to those dreaming of true personal liberation and
an anti-statist revolution.
Women’s Rights activists in 19th century England smashed windows
with hammers hidden in their petty coats for the right to vote.
Striking 17th century French silk workers threw their wooden shoes
(sabots) into the gears of their machines. Yippies burned draft
records and trashed draft halls in defiance to the war in Vietnam.
Many others have risen a hammer, spraypaint can, or slingshot
against the powers that be and have
won—so should you.
