Name of work :- Basement ventilation work at Nort Western Railways Headquarter building at Jaipur.

1 Jet Fans
Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Ductless Each 16
Ventilation / Jet fans as per specifications for normal ventilation
and Smoke Extraction application. The complete fan assembly with
its Casing, impeller & motor (not only the motor) shall be imported
from manufacturer and certified as tested for 250 Deg C for 2 hours
operation. The Jet fans casing shall be made of Hot Dipped
Galvanized Steel. The unit shall be complete with silencers and
guard. The length of silencer should be 2D+2D mm. The Motor
shall be dual speed and run on the electrical power suitable for
415V/3 Ph/50Hz. The Jet fans shall be of 3800 / 1900 CFM
capacity. The Jet fan diameter shall be 350 mm. The Jet fan shall
be as per technical specification and of approved make.

2 CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) Analysis (for CO simulation) Lot 1

by using CFD software to model airflow caused by both air
movement equipment and convection from heated surfaces.

3 CO Sensors
Supply, installing, testing and commissioning CO Sensors shall be Each 6
designed to detect CO gas in the air with sensing range between 0-
250 ppm with high accuracy at low concentration as per technical
specification and of approved make.

4 Axial Flow Fan

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Tube Axial Flow
Fan with adjustable pitch. The blade of the fan shall be made out
of cast alluminium alloy duly dynamically and statically balanced,
direct driven, TEFC Sq. Cage Electric Motor suitable for 3 phase
415 V ± 50 Hz AC supply with cylindrical long casing made of
welded MS sheet, motor support, bird screen and gravity louvers
etc.

4.1 25000 CFM @ 20 MMWG SP (Normal Supply) Nos. 3

4.2 50000 CFM @ 20 MMWG SP (Emergancy Exhaust) Nos. 3

5 Supply, installation and testing of Factory fabricated GI sheet

metal ducts as per SMACNA in accordance with the approved
shop drawings and as required by the specifications.

5.1 24 gauge galvanised sheet steel Sqm. 100

5.2 22 gauge galvanised sheet steel Sqm. 200

6 Supply, fabrication, installation and testing the flexible Sqm. 20

connections constructed of fire resistant double resin sleeve as
per the approved shop drawings.

coated/Anodised extruded aluminium construction louvers with

outlet of axial flow each fan as per specifications and approved
shop drawings.

9 Electrical Panel
9.1 Supply of Electrical Panel with feeders suitable for suitable nos. of Each 1
starters in each panel suitable for 16 nos 3 phase dual speed jet
fans with suitable motor rating at high speed/low speed each with
starters. Logic controller with necessary logic for 6 nos co detection
and control of suitable Nos of Jet fan by one sensor. Suitable Nos.
of sensors shall be connected with each panel to provided input to
panel for running number of fans in particular zone Alongwith fully
automatic star delta starters for 6 Nos. axial flow fans of 25000 and
50000 CFM. Potential free contact shall be provided for BMS
integration.

1 No.300 Amps MCCB incoming.

1 set 300 Amps TPN Aluminium conductor bus bar duly

sleeved.

10 Power Cabling
Supply, installtation, testing and commissioning of complete cable
work using PVC insulated PVC sheathed steel tape/ wire armoured
underground/surface copper conductor cables of following sizez for
electric supply from main panel to various loads including End
termination with brass gland and cu lugs as required from starters
to motors on existing cable trays/supports as required as per
specifications.

11 Control Cabling
Supply, installtation, testing and commissioning of complete cable
work using PVC insulated PVC sheathed unarmoured copper
conductor cables of following sizez for electric supply from main
panel to various loads including End termination with brass gland
and cu lugs as required from starters to motors with suitable size
MS conduit as required as per specifications.

12 Earthing

12.1 Supply installation testing and commissioning of maintenance free Each 2

GEL earthing dual pipe technology of 2mtr long 80 mm dia with the
adequate galvanization of 300 microns filled with special
conducting compound, 50 Kgs of Moisture Booster to retain the
moisture duly tested & certified by CPRI Laboratory. The earthing
pit shall be provided with suitable sturdy test well for observation.

12.2 Providing & fixing 6 SWG dia. GI wire on surface or in rececess Rmt 9000
for loop earthing complete as required.
