Flame detection: 2.8 x 0.8 mm faston
The AT7030 flame detection transformer provides in
combination with Honeywell series S456., S457. and S4585 Enclosure
automatic ignition controls, reliable flame detection at mains IP 40
situations where the line voltage has a floating value to

Basically there are two applications:
1. The AT7030A flame detection transformer for automatic Weight
ignition controls with special application connection. Ca. 95 g
This application is necessary if flame detection and high Flame detection cable
voltage are combined. See fig. 2. Length 2 x 500 mm maximum
2. The AT7030B flame detection transformer for automatic
ignition controls with separate flame detection and high Ø 4.2

Subject to change without notice. Printed in the Netherlands.

The AT7030 flame detection transformer is mounted into a

temperature and shock resistant plastic housing. R2.1
To avoid influences of dirt and moisture the complete 45
assembly is encapsulated.
All connections are pluggable as there are the mains, flame Ø 4.2

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS Flame detection

The AT7030 flame detection transformer should be externally

fused. 1 2

High temperatures will affect product life.

To ensure reliable long term operation, mount the AT7030
flame detection transformer at a position in the appliance with
a low ambient temperature and a low radiation. Ph1
