Alas the poor religious folk do not have a chance having learned to trust the teachings of their charlatan

leaders founded on myths and prevarications to suit a nefarious purpose with an ideology that they can
be right out front about, for who can say or prove for certain that there is or is not a God and their
supporters who buy into it without the exercise of sane moral thought and reason, potential raving
lunatics should you question them on their beliefs where some are of the belief that their religious
oriented turbans will protect them better than a hardhat if a brick were to perchance upon them where
as I am of the opinion a brick fell before the debate.

When communications are necessary and religion or politics…both founded on stable ground of
quicksand, are involved sanity does not have a chance and hence the reality so distanced from the Ideal.

When you consider the humongous number of organizations financed by the world populous, such as
the United Nations … so many and in Canada the federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime, all the
Commissions derived of the Accountability Act, the Ontario Ombudsman, ORHT, Civilian
Commission on Police Services, Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP and on and on
purportedly independent but operate under the code “Oinkings of the Pigs” with legal professionals
infesting them all clearly explains why they have never been able nor ever will come to the resolve.

With them all infested with members of the legal profession they only ensure their people and others of
the Upper Tier get their fair share of the ransacking of the world resources and the people of the Lower
Tier humongously obvious for if they were truly learned in “The Spirit of the Law” they would be
competent responsible and irreproachable in continuity with fortitude and conviction to the fair and
equal rights of every individual as guaranteed we would all truly be treated fairly as equals and allow
us to ransack them.

If it was not for these blights on society we would not require armed forces, charities, churches,
lawyers and all the agencies purporting to maintain our rights that there is no evidence that they have
ever existed and impossible in a world infested with members of the legal profession whose intent is to
ransack the populous in every which way possible.

The simplicity of The Law is dwarfed by the simplicity of the unscrupulous Law Society exasperated
by the simplicity of the people who not only willingly accept the “Oinkings of the Pigs” but also
finance them.

“Oinkings of the Pigs” less section 52 (1) leaves nothing but “the Golden Rule”

52. (1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent
with the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect.

Where sanity prevails the Law Society of Upper Canada is certified unjustifiable to protect the

awaited for where such cases are publicized leading the people yet to be victimized of
the belief that we have a true blue honest to goodness legal system in place.

Ohh Canada…We stand on guard for thee.

The problem is not many are aware that the entire legal system personnel believe that
they are Canada with very good reason that they have absconded with the Canadian
resources and use it to protect themselves from all individuals who become victims and
inevitably become aware of the truth when attempting to access the system.

What they find is what I found out early in my quest for justice that began on June 30
2005 but the difference between me and most victims is that my chosen field of
endeavour of 40 years gave me a heads up as to how to deal with these ornery critters
whereas my experience in legal surveying gave me substantial insight as to the power of
one individual knowledgeable of the law against many unconscious knowledgeable
ignoramuses who learned well the teachings of the nefarious bent that is the system
designed by the Law Society of Upper Canada who were mandated the monopoly to
educate learned and honourable people to support the Constitution by the 1797 Law
Society Act who believed they could teach their unscrupulous ways to their prospective
members and meet the honourable obligation when their members become public
servants right out in front of everyone for all to see they could remove any doubt as to
their integrity by providing them the title of Honourable such as Honourable Robert
Nicholson Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and Honourable Chris
Bentley Ontario Attorney General that seems to work, fooling the majority of the people
who come to know the law by observing the nefarious bent in action rather than by
deliberate learning which actually only takes about ten minutes considering the epitome
of simplicity of it when common sense is applied, which they of the Law Society are
seemingly oblivious to but are obviously aware having built it into their modus operandi
that takes so long and costly to administer and enforce due the necessity to appear legal
while ransacking society at will every which way well documented by themselves
written in code “Pig Latin” or as I prefer the “Oinkings of the Pigs” humongously
detrimental to the people striving to exist a moral society.

Osmosis: the gradual, often unconscious, absorption of knowledge or ideas through continual
exposure rather than deliberate learning

Their members have infested society throughout the corporate world where their
unscrupulous ideology prevails where there is “Honour Among Thieves” and democracy
shows itself administered in the Upper Tier where all the action is published with the
people of the Upper Tier most attentive assuring their rights to abscond with their fair
share of the booty from the Lower Tier is properly exercised.

Constitution in exemplary support of every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of
equal protection and benefits.

The ideology is so pathetically simple that even the government personnel should be
able to fully grasp the concept but invariably their every action well documented by
them prove beyond any perception of reasonable doubt that they are devoid of any
semblance to sanity derived of moral thought and reason consistent with the
Constitution.

They are of the belief that their special training as arrogant charlatans of deception,
prevarication, manipulation and orchestration with the support of the entire government
resources, financial and human can cover the truth while their every action reveals it
with reality self - evident the consequences of their unscrupulous leadership so
distanced from the ideal, the guarantee of the Charter that exists only on paper, but not
to slight it for it is their mandate, the Constitution…the supreme law of Canada…self –
evident.

Within the preponderance of evidence published or referenced on the “uRus Charter

Democracy Force ROP” web site www.uRus.ca is a prodigious number of admittances
by government personnel that their mandates are severely limited provided to me as
excuses as to why they cannot attend to the issues I have brought before them.

Clearly they demonstrate the competence of imbeciles in their modus operandi to fulfill
its obligations demanded of the Constitution and its people as they consistently cite
sections and Acts that are clearly inconsistent with the Constitution providing the
evidence to me Forthright, Forthcoming and Forthwith; excellent qualities but adverse to
legitimate purpose scoring on their own net, the one of nefarious bent that is designed to
score on “The Spirit of the Law” and thusly adverse to safety and wellbeing of every
individual whose guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits have been
irrefutably proven to be without solid undisturbed ground for the foundation to stand on.

Like quicksand every individual who attempts to stand for their rights sinks below the
surface, which has been identified as the poverty line, a quagmire of deceit and gobbly
gook a necessary and predictable accomplishment of the Law Society of Upper Canada
who thrive off this source of criminals who have no viable options as history attests but
to do what ever it takes to maintain an existence, that leaves innumerable victims in their
wake fed to them by the Law Society who refuses to protect every individual as
guaranteed where many persons of the Lower Tier are victimized as the criminal
element advances their experience and confidence until the day they use their skills on a
person from the Upper Tier when all hell breaks loose and we finally observe the
attentive, competent responsible irreproachable system we of the Lower Tier have long

actions by others are within “The Spirit of the Law” as defined by “the Golden Rule”
the summarization of the aspirations attributed to God that “The Letter of the Law”
cedes to the supremacy of God in the very first line of the Charter.

How obvious “the Golden Rule” is the epitome of common sense … that which all
persons of sane moral though and reason would aver prior to any occurrence involving
them where at such a time fairness takes on a biased meaning.

How obvious consistency to “the Golden Rule” must be firmly and aggressively
maintained above all else prerequisite to meet the terms of equality amongst all persons
the catalyst to peace and harmony amongst all humankind.

How obvious can it be that justice can only be administered and enforced by competent
responsible irreproachable persons in continuity of fortitude and conviction to
exemplary coherence to the meaning of the word justice, its constant to “the Golden
Rule”…”The Spirit of the Law” and the obligation to vigorously seek out relative
unadulterated truths unobstructed.

How obvious is it that they who will not exist within the confines of The Law are the
bad guys and their victims are the good guys and the only obligation of all personnel
involved in the legal system is to gather all relative evidence unobstructed to determine
the truth without bias to number one prove the alleged victim is indeed a victim
irrefutably proving that a crime was committed being an offense against the state, the
representatives of the people, all presumed innocent in absence of reasonable evidence
to suggest otherwise, who finance the entire system to provide the necessities of a moral
society as demanded by the supreme law of Canada, the Constitution, “The Spirit of the
Law” that is the “epitome of simplicity” the ultimate quest of all government personnel
in the employ of the people where efficiency and cost effectiveness is prerequisite no

If we were to set out to compare the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the world body
to that of just one individual we can immediately see that it would be a most onerous
and formidable challenge and of course questions would arise as to why would such an
exercise be initiated: who would do it and how would it be financed?

Why the comparison would be of significance is obviously clear where a body of one
individual seemly has no conflict yet a conglomeration of cells, divided into many
departments…heart, lungs, spine, bladder, stomach, blood vessels, aorta, veins, skin,
bones, fingers, arms, legs, toes, feet and so on all functioning prior to birth and after on
automatic pilot controlled by the brain that within a year a mind is developed from
scratch to one that can control it all demonstrated by walking without the exercise of
thought.

It is the common sense of all the cells and parts that know by instinct their survival is
dependent on complete cooperation with each having a significant role to play
absolutely competent, responsible and irreproachable to do it considering the dire
consequences … inevitable over time, but the concept demonstrated is to exist a quality
prosperous life during the allotted time enjoying it together avoiding undue conflict in
harmonious peace with all in, of and with the common spirit to do so.

It is all quite simple, whether or not I did justice to the concept with words, the fact is
the entire body flows with the greatest of ease working together under the seemingly
automatic control of one brain all in harmony with the notions of the mind

Who would do the study is obvious, a friend of the government from the Upper Tier
who knows well what they are looking for

How would it be financed is even more obvious, the taxpayer certain who have no
choice and in general do not pay much attention to them being frustrating as hell already
having enough on their plate to be frustrated about.

Reality has been documented by Confucius 2500 years ago in short passages of wisdom
where just his words cited on these three pages clearly states the problems that need be
addressed.

In one page I have significantly defined reality in general terms from extracted
information from the obvious being that which can be observed identifying the
humongously serious problem of poverty; who is responsible and the certainty that it
will persist as nothing has changed since long before Confucius 551 BC – 479 BC born
to poverty rising to dine with kings having existed all environments, poverty through
wealth with knowledge gained of familiarity chose to leave the world he had come to
know to be with the people intending to communicate the truth to them no different than
it is today… the struggle of human kind persists.

His words 2500 years ago obviously derived of sane moral thought and reason were as
germane then as today yet go unheeded though we know them to be true to sane moral
purpose being how things must be if we are ever to exist on earth in peace and harmony.

It is obviously the Golden Rule that I make reference to; the epitome of simplicity and
fairness least apt to be mistaken by humankind, most simple to be judged by and
particularly receptive to persons of sane moral thought and reason.

“Do not impose on others what you would not wish for yourself”

Five hundred years later Jesus summarized the aspirations of God paraphrasing the
words of Confucius, who certainly was not God or on a religious mission, simply a wise
philosopher;

“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”

Jesus is and was so well known and respected that our calendar begins where he left off
and it is now 2009-01-22…2008 Christmases and Easters celebrating his beginning and
end … his unnatural death attributed to the people who had no desire to change the way
things were being “How it is” today”

It is a human phenomenon indicative of human nature, a cause of human nature, a huge

conglomeration of people…7 billion at present time with unique perceptions derived
from magnificent brains undeveloped to their potential with grasps of reality IQ’s
ranging from oblivious to oblivious but with a note “seemingly ingenious” where money
plays the major role so well respected that they who have it are equally respected.

Perhaps I should explain that it is the spiritual reality IQ that I am relating to, not
adeptness to the acquisition of money for the realities are distinctly two entirely different
entities where the topic at hand is that of moral IQ…the major non player in the reality
of “How it is” that has persisted long before Confucius who explained.

Presumption of the Presumption of Innocence

Reality is the truth impervious to perception yet precisely due to perception

Reality is precisely how God would observe it whether He exists or not

Reality is an infinite number of realities that could be known to humankind being born
of magnificent minds and bodies acting as one out of necessity, each absolutely
dependent on the other demonstrating the ultimate cooperation of innumerable cells
being the sum of its whole all having a definite purpose carried out like clockwork being
sincere without the exercise of thought.

The entirety pre-programmed somehow like magic to us ignorant fools who do not give
it much thought accepting it all to be just “How it is” and we who are absolutely
ignorant of our selves born randomly to earth of innocent and empty mind filled with
knowledge most influenced with “How it is” in the environment we are reared, resulting
in seven billion of us with unique perceptions confident that we know reality being just
“How it is”

Money influences us all being a necessary requirement to exchange for the things we
need to sustain life

There are near seven billion people born to the planet randomly dispersed to countries to
varying environments ranging from extreme poverty to extreme wealth self-evident of
the unscrupulous nature of the authorities and their affluent and influential friends who
deny there is a two tier system but they with the wherewithal to make the necessary
changes are not of the right stuff to do it hence the reality we all exist so distanced from
the Ideal… whatever that be to each unique perception commonly heard as “In your
dreams.”
