FORMAL COMPLAINT

and request of investigation;

Shawnee County, Kansas, 3rd Judicial District

I, Claudine Dombrowski, request a ‘Formal Investigation’ into the Judicial Systems

handling of my custody case, and the systematic ‘failure to protect’ victims of violence;
my daughter and I.

I have exhausted all means to ‘justice ‘and to any ‘due process’. I have made complaints to the
‘proper’ authorities ‘governing’ the below [with out consequence.] Complete system failure due
to the ‘limitless’ powers of ‘Immunity’ and ‘Unaccountability’ of the Family Court Judges,
Guardian Ad litems, Mental Heath Providers, Court Officers and other ‘friends of the court’; who
have by their direct actions -‘separated my daughter and I completely’ this past seven years, at
best, ‘Supervised Visits’ only- in which the ‘parties’ and ‘agencies’ stated above, continue to
profit through extended litigation and continued ‘denial’ of our rights; has caused tremendous
injury and irreversible harm- to my daughter and I.

1. Enclosed is Diane Posts, petition ‘just mine and exhibits’ that was submitted as one of
‘10 plaintiff’s’ in suit filed May 11, 2007 to the ‘Inter- American Commission Human
Rights’- in which this case leads- for human rights violations. Entire petition is here.

2. Enclosed ‘latest’ reply from Disciplinary board that GAL’s ‘opinion’ is all they need,
therefore under the laws and current codes of ethics- being ‘complete judicial authority’-
no investigation will be done.

3. Roger Scurlock BSRB is currently investigating the mental health practitioner, involved
in the current and ‘continued separation’ of my daughter and I of these last four years.

4. Enclosed is KCSDV- Kansas Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence
‘hard copy” co-signor to the petition, as well as there press statement.

5. Please investigate the well documented and continuing mis- use of the system and
miscarriage of justice in this case. My signature below is to represent a complete ‘release
of Information’ to any and all persons in the investigation into this case.

I am available throughout all levels of the investigation at any time.
