and its various affiliate development financial institutions and the

"We were searching for a world-class Chief Executive Officer, a leader to drive our global financial
resource mobilization agenda, "said Mr. Ron Nechemia, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the
EurOrient Financial Group, "Mr. Stoller is an experienced, resourceful visionary who will help bring about
substantial improvements in resource mobilization practices leading to greater performance and to value
creation." In addition says Mr. Nechemia, "Mr. Stoller has a great sense of duty and he understands clearly
that financing for development is, in the first instance, an ethical challenge: ensuring that the intangible
asset represented by financing is put to the service of humanity in general and not to that of a few. This is
the only way to overcome the built-in dangers posed by massive poverty in the world and not only the
complex technical aspect as to how to enhance modalities of financing for development."

all," says Mr. Stoller. Mr. Stoller was selected to the position of Eurorient Capital Executive Vice
President following an exhaustive six month global search, which entailed screening hundreds of

technology, networks and problem-solving skills of the private sector, in partnership with government and
international community, to support Millennium Development Goals and other international development
goals," says Mr. Stoller, "and to do so in a manner that is economically viable and socially responsible, and
