Introduction
o The project entitled “Placement Gateway Portal” provides a platform to the students
to view, register and know about the various designations that are being offered by
the I.T companies in the market. The U.I for this project will be based on Angular
which will make the app much more efficient.

Scope and complexity estimate :

Scope in :
 Web app for desktop, which is compatible with IE, Mozilla and chrome, etc.
 Details regarding the different jobs according to the candidates preferences can be
easily accessible by using their login credentials.
Users : Authorized users are allowed.
Complexity estimate :
 Maintaining the backup using database
 Handling the maximum traffic at any point.

Project time estimate :

Here the amount of time required to complete the project is 2 months .

Roles and responsibilities

As per project planning and discussion with the mentor, the specific roles have been
allotted to all the team members. The roles are as follows:
1). Sumit Kumar Singh – Database designing using naming conventions.
2). Devesh Singh – Connecting front-end angular to the nodejs(server side programming).
3). Anshaj Singh - Designing the client-side (presentation layer of 3 tier architecture of
web application).
4). Nazim Raza – Handling server side nodejs to connect client-side with the database.

Revision process
This outlines the procedure to revise the completed module.

Maintenance requirements
Both maintenance and updating are required if the application is going to need any new
feature .
