Type of assessment Description of assessments

FORMAL: Students will be able to effectively explain the four management functions by completing a scenario worksheet of the
management functions to mastery. The worksheet consists of four scenarios which require the student to pick the
appropriate management function. This will be for a total of 25 points.
INFORMAL: A ticket out the door is required to exit the class. The students will answer the following questions: What is one of the
functions of a manger? How have you used this function in your personal life? This will be collected for attendance at the
closure of the lesson. This will be for a total of 10 attendance points.

Launch In the beginning of the lesson I will be asking students what they think of when they hear the word management. I
