2. Large­scale operation, involving heavy vehicles and lasting for hours, of hanging 
hundreds of Palestinian flags along main roads in the West Bank around July 06­
07, 2019
a) Any record which documents prior coordination between settlers and IDF, 
pertaining to the flag hanging operation, referenced above;
b) Any record which documents real time reporting by IDF forces on the ground of 
the above referenced flag hanging operation, and real­time decision of IDF 
command to permit its continuation;
c) Any record which documents any response by IDF, in re: the false and deliberately
misleading announcement by Transportation Minister B Smotrich, which stated 
that the Palestinian flag hanging operation was carried out by Palestinians, who 
“feel that the road are already theirs”;

d) In case there was no advance coordination and no real time reporting – any 
record, which documents after the fact briefing and attempt to investigate the 
failures, related to identification of such large­scale illegal conduct and properly 
addressing it.
