 ABSTRACT

Microsoft office campus is one of world’s best office building’s which

gives more importance to the employees more than anything and
focusing on the their Philosophies and Ideas with mainly one goal that
is to "to create the happiest, most productive workplace in the world." Google is
the biggest search engine in the world and also there are more than hundred products
of Google provides for the people such as Gmail, Google Maps, YouTube, Google
Image Searches etc., Google campus is not a conventional work place there is only
few rules for the company where people roam around through cycles and work in
the outside landscape where each office working spaces is attached with cafes and
games, even the company provide nap pots for the googlers they give more facilities
to the people so that they keep the googlers more time in the office
Microsoft office is a perfect combination of Work and Fun which makes the
employees happy to work in the campus, Google keeps the employers away from
their Monday stuffs such as laundry, Transportation Google will do that, even the
company provide foods for the workers so that they could concentrate more time on
the work, Google is an office building which has entirely different view from the
other office buildings unless by giving endless cabin spaces Google provides more
open spaces for people and they can work from anywhere not necessary to work
inside the four square meter cabin only. As the company needs more collaboration
and Interaction with Googlers since most of the works carry on is handled by groups
and for that interaction is one of the importance thing that Google focus in

There are more than hundred office’s of Google all over the world’s and if we study
each building , No two Microsoft office building are same each buildings are
designed unique for the workers by designing better environment. The Google main
profit curve is through the Advertisement and also the product services that the
Google provide and hence there are people working for the advertising wing they
need creative spaces to work and so the interiors of Google is designed Innovative
which feels like they work at their home itself. Microsoft office is an unique office
building which we can compare with the other office building

AIM :
My aim is to design an office building that can change the concept of
an office building entirely.by bringing Work and Fun Together.
