My project is based on ELECTRONIC SHOP

MANAGEMENT system it has been accomplished in
VB.NET 2008 and MYSQL SERVER 2005 or 2008.My
projects illustrates the use and importance of doing
something in the software.
These software’s has brought a revelation in the way
we work, live and socialize. It has opened up entirely
new business and technology, and revolutionized the
current existing ones. Using the power of these
software’s all the information are acquired and
finished at the particular schedule of time.
And one could manage his whole project by his
particular software for his good result for his
management.

INTRODUCTION

Electronic Shop Management software helps

Electronic showrooms owners and management staff
by producing different kind of financial and stock
tracking reports, etc. This software is able to manage
all electronic stocks i.e.; Television, Radio, Computers,
DVD Players, etc. In this software shop owner can
manage the data of customer and buyers. Also tax
information and other government charges including
recycle charges.
Since these software’s products are updated to time
to time .All the transactions are made, Accurate billing
date and Time are made.
In short the project is based on electronic shop
management system which will provide
 Tracks products with serial numbers.
 Creating a Purchase Order
 Entering Product Information
 Creating a Sales Order.

In short project is based on developing software for
electronic shop management which will be
providing an efficient way of buying & selling
products by this software. Entering product
information and creating a sales order.
Electronic Shop Management Software is
application software utility that efficiently maintain
the inventory of the Electronic Showroom. This
software is capable of recording details of sales and
purchase order. Similarly keeps track of expenses
and income of the company.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

The very first phase in any system developing life

cycle is preliminary investigation. The feasibility study
is a major part of this phase. A measure of how
beneficial or practical the development of an
information system would be to the organization is
the feasibility. Our study of the feasible development
of the software is going to be interms of following
aspects.

OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY

Proposed system is beneficial only if it can be turned

in to information system that will meet the company
requirements. As the market is increasing day by day
so it is default to maintain it manually. This system
has overcome this problem.

Hence six types of data can be imported into inflow:

Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Products, Customers,
Vendors, and Inventory.
The project provides the following facilities to the
customers.

DRAW BACK OF EXISTING SYSTEM:

 The organizations in which all the works are done

manually the management approved the need
of communication of office. During the study of
existing system following Points are observed.

 As the current system is totally manual.

 Due to manually process is requires more time for

completion of any work

 Existing system is manual. So it increases the

chances of errors.

 To generate success reports, Each Report needed

to generate next report.

 Lots of consumed for each report generation.

 More man Power is require and timely updating

complicated.

 Immediate responses to the queries are difficult

and time-consuming.

 The system is easy to use as it is very simple

 After the system implementation, the user will
need no changes on the system is developed by
keeping in view the user’s requirements.
 The proposed system will cost no harm to the
industry; instead it will enhance the result in a

resistance by catching the user’s attention, as it is
