Title: DWTC – THE ORGANISERS (July 2013 to March 2014)

Description:
This is a website designed to provide guidance and help to find information when organising an event at the Dubai
International Convention and Exhibition Centre. It also gives the option to save and share key sections and documents.
This included information on venue space, configuration, guidelines and policies as well as the wealth of best-in-class
products and services it offer, ensuring customer a seamless end to end solution with the organiser. In addition, there
are also some useful tools such as an event checklist to make sure customer haven't missed anything, a customisable
planning tool and an exhibitor manual template to share with customer’s exhibitors.
The supervisor can easily maintain information about exhibitions, conferences, special events with in the organiser and
also keep the customer can download required information.

more. This application has been purposely kept simple with the convenient and easy-to-use navigation thus allowing
users to check availability & book rooms for both short term and long terms.
A fully functional custom Back End Administration Section provides the client with all the necessary capabilities of
maintenance and administration, including updating news, gallery, viewing customer's information, searching rooms by
special criteria.
