New Hire Checklist

Please read and complete the following items on the checklist by placing your initials in the column that represents your response. Once you have completed the checklist, please sign and
return it to your Hiring Partner before departing from your home. You must also bring a copy onboard your ship.

As a result of participating in the hiring process:

4 I have had the opportunity to review my contract and Collective Bargaining Agreement, if applicable, before joining the ship.
5 All my questions have been answered by my Hiring Partner or RCL Representative to my satisfaction regarding my position.

The Total Monthly Guarantee Pay for this position is $_____ for 303.1 hours of work. This pay may be inclusive of gratuities received from guests for

JOB

9 I understand that I will be paid twice a month in US cash or by a crew payroll card.
I am aware that there is a 90 day probationary period onboard the ship regarding my job performance and that I should receive a performance evaluation

at the end of my probationary period.
11 I have read and understood the Company's Dress Code pertaining to uniforms, footwear, name badges, jewelry and eyewear.
12 I have had a chance to review the Collective Bargaining Agreement electronically and can request a written copy when onboard from the HR Manager.
I understand that I need to advise if I am married to an active Crew Member onboard any of the RCL brands (AZA, CCI, PUL, RCI, TUI), that I must advise

my Hiring Partner or Recruiter now, to be considered and assigned to the same ship, if possible.
I understand that the Company requires that I must complete one full contract, before I am eligible to apply for a transfer or promotion to any other position

or department.
15 I understand that once hired for a specific brand, I cannot transfer between brands.
I understand that any transfer to another ship will be evaluated for approval by the Management of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., and will be based on

either a business need or exceptional personal circumstances.
17 I understand that I may work for several consecutive contracts on the same ship, but may be assigned to a different ship based on business needs.

I have in my possession a valid medical certificate from a certified physician in an authorized clinic by the company or by "PEME", including all lab test

TRAVEL

FOR TIPPED POSITIONS (CAT C) ONLY: I have been advised and understand that the cost of the Travel Package is $________US. I understand this a
26 voluntary program, but if I do not particpate I will not be eligible for company arranged discounts and other services. This benefit includes a hotel room,
one meal voucher for dinner and in most hotels breakfast, plus transfers from the airport to hotel and from hotel to the pier to join the ship.

balance in full.
FEES

I have obtained a full receipt for any additional services for which my Hiring Partner has charged me. I need to keep this receipt for any claims or

reimbursement, when eligible.
I understand that I do not have to use the Hiring Partner's additional services, including assistance with obtaining the joining airline ticket, and if I do
31 choose to use their services, this is of my own free will. (Some examples of additional services are: language training, resume writing,
restaurant/server/bar training, etc.)
I have not been charged any fees or other charges, in whole or in part, for employment other than: the cost of obtaining a national statutory medical
32 certificate, the national seafarer's book, a passport or other similar personal travel documents, any training required for my position - i.e., licenses,
certificates, education, etc. (Visa cost is covered by the company.)
