professional effort to recommend right candidates to our esteemed clients from our large data bank of
candidates.

Terms and Conditions

1. All candidates referred by us are preliminarily screened by us/our technical consultants in the
best possible manner in assessing their ability and suitability to the jobs needed by our clients.
2. For every selected candidate recommended by us, subject to his/her joining the service of our
client’s organization, an amount equivalent to 8.33% is payable to us as our service charges by
the client within one month of the candidate joining.
3. The Client also has to pay the service tax as applicable from time to time.
4. All payments have to be made by crossed cheque/demand draft in favour of “Prodbtech Pvt.
Ltd” payable at Pune.
5. In case any candidate, sent by us and appointed by our client, leaves the job within forty five
days (45 days) for agent level and (three months for Team Leader and above) after joining, we
provide another candidate free of charges.
