THAT I, MARGIELYN DACUMOS of legal age, Filipino, married and a

resident of San Isidro, Diffun,Quirino Philippines, for and in consideration of the
sum of THIRTY THOUSAND (Php30,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, paid
to me and in my entire satisfaction by , a business organization duly organized
under Philippine laws represented by PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF
QUIRINO, represented by HON. JUNIE E. CUA, Governor, hereby sell, transfer
and convey by way of absolute sale unto the said VENDEE, their heirs and
assigns and successors-in-interest of the described property to wit:

BLLM No. Pls-628, Municipality of Aglipay, Province of Quirino.

Thence N. 00° 39’ E., 240.17 m to point 2;

N. 84° 00’ E., 56.11 m. to point 3;
S. 01° 55’ W., 235.27 m. to point 4;
N. 89° 02’ W., 50.66 m to the point of beginning

Containing an area of TWELVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SIX

Of which property, the above-described parcel of land, I am the lawful

owner in fee simple as evidenced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. _______
