DEED OF AGREEMENT

THIS OF AGREEMENT is made today 10-07-2019

BETWEEN

The Director/Owner, Kaziranga Private Industrial Training Institute,

Rudrasagar, called the 1st Party.

AND

The Managing Partner of M/S NORTH EAST PLACEMENT & Security Service
Called the 2nd Party.

WHEREAS the Second Party is a Registered as NORTH EAST PLACEMENT

& SECURITY SERVICE PVT. Under govt. of Assam and having proper
licensee from IGP(L&O) Guwahati in this regard. The First Party is a reputed
Training Institute and being heard about the same the second party had
approached the first party and submitted its QUOTATION intending to render
its service at Kaziranga Private Industrial Training Institute, Rudrasagar,
Subsequently the first party affirmed and instructed the second party to render
its service w.e.fs 10-07-2019. At the place mentioned above under terms &
conditions mentioned below to avoid misunderstandings, depute and
dissemination, which might arise between both the parties in future.
OUR RESISTRATION DETAILS:
1) Registered with firms under IP Act. Rgn. RF/JOR/168/A/36 of 2008.

2) Registered Trade Licence No. 189 Dtd. 01-07-2008.

3) Registered with Labour Commissioner Vide No.SEA/JJ/CE/239 Dtd. 26-09-

2006.

4) Security Licence No. C.51/2004/PSA/NEPSS/B-41/81 Dtd. 03-02-2014.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The First Party instructed the Second Party to render its service initially
for three year with effect from 10-07-2019.
2. The Second Party has to deliver its service through or providing 1 (one)
number of security supervisor and 2 (two) number of security guards who
will be on duty only at 24 hours responsibility at Kaziranga Private
Industrial Training Institute, Rudrasagar.
3. The First party will pay salary Rs 8000.00 (Eight Thousand) for one
Security Supervisor and pay salary Rs. 7000.00 (Seven Thousand) for
each Security Guards ( Rs. 1400.00 for two Security Guard) for
providing the service to the first party on or before 7th day of every
month.
 4. Any negligence of duty and behavior of Security Guard First Party
should inform to the Second Party for immediate action. Rather than
taking any action by them.
5. The contract of service may be terminated by furnishing one-month
notice by either side.
6. After expiry of 3(three) years, this agreement of contract will be
automatically be cancelled a fresh one will be made if both party so
desire.
7. The security guards is expected to render service as per instruction(s) of
the first party going to communicated time to time.

In witness therefore the First Party and Second Party have put their
respective signature with seal as approval of this terms & conditions and
concerned to follow the same with true and proper spirit and dignity.
