VICTOR: Hi. I’m Victor.
LUSIA: Hi, Victor. I’m Luisa.
VICTOR: Luisa? How do you spell that?
LUSIA: L-U-I-S-A.
VICTOR: Oh. Are you Spanish?
LUSIA: No, I’m American. But my parents are originally from
Italy, so I have an Italian name.
VICTOR: That’s interesting. I have a friend from Spain. Her name
is Luisa, too.

MICHAEL: It’s very nice, and it’s large!
ERICA: How many bedrooms does it have?

MICHAEL: Yes, it does. There’s a new stove and refrigerator.
There’s no microwave oven, but I don’t need a microwave.
ERICA: Does it have a view?
MICHAEL: No, it’s on the first floor. But there’s a small yard.
