Select Security tab and set Security level to Lowest

First go to command prompt and try to ping irdabap.org.in the link mentioned in url.

 If the user is unable to view all forms while working in Organization’s LAN
1. Check if the below mentioned URLs are enabled/access allowed at the organization
firewall end. Else ask the network team to enable access.
