My Philosophy of Educations as a Highschool Teacher

I believe that every child:

 Has an own pace in learning and has multiple intelligence that enables them to
learn in a distinct way.
 Has the ability to learn and has different characteristics that I have to handle.
 Can and be able to perform every tasks given with their brilliant minds.

I believe that a student is a sentient body and a rational soul. A child’s learning is not
only influenced by a teacher’s teaching but is also influenced by the environment and
the people around them. My teaching does not only involve the lessons needed to be
taught but along with the values that needs to be inculcated and developed inside and
outside the school.

I believe that as a teacher, my duties as a second parent and as a teacher are:

 To be a good role model to my students by showing the right values and teaching
them not only to be a successful person but also to be a good citizen.
 To bear in their minds that no student is a blank slate, that each one of us has a
distinct intelligence and is capable to learn anything.
 To teach them lessons that is not only applicable for school but is also significant
in their daily lives.
 To show fairness to everyone and favoritism should not be practiced.
 Give importance to respect regardless of their different races, skin color, sizes and
intelligence.
 To be patient in handling the different attitudes and characteristics your class
would have.
 To give highlight to first-hand experiences where the students can learn directly
and their learning be more meaningful.

My Philososphy of Education as a Highschool Teacher

I believe that every child:

 Is inquisitive in nature and is up to me to attend to their queries to clarify their
doubts.
 Has brilliant ideas and knowledge and it is my duty to facilitate this knowledge
and correct erroneous information they believed correct.
 Has their individual strengths in their preferable field and develop their skills
rapidly if they love what they do or what interests them.
 Is greatly affected by the circumstances that surrounds them and has a high
possibility to influence their behavior and perspective.

I believe that learners should be taught about good manners and right conduct through
teaching values integration education because it will greatly help them become
effective citizens of our society.

I believe that my duty as an effective teacher:

 Is to build a fair environment among each learners and observe equality inside the
classroom.
 Teach with mastery of the subject so that I can be able to deliver the lesson,
smoothly and effectively.
 Is to help develop the learner’s self esteem and boost their self confidence in
achieving every task they are required to do.
 Impart good moral and appropriate attitudes and behaviors to learners.
 Asses students ideas and broader their knowledge about the basic things the need
to learn.
