Report Narrative On 02/16/2016 I was on routine patrol when I observed a white Ford Explorer parked at 180 S Heathwood Dr. I pulled in behind
the vehicle and gave dispatch the vehicle registration information, Florida WBL656. Dispatch advised that the vehicle
belonged to Amanda C Cook, out of Naples Fl, and that she has an active Injunction against her 11-2016DR000332DV01-XX,
petitioner being a Jared Grifoni, who resides at 141 Leland Way Marco Island Fl. I exited my patrol car to check the vehicle and
immediate area when I observed a white female walking toward the explorer from the garden pathway. I asked the female if
she was Amanda Cook, and she said yes. I asked Cook what she was doing on the property, and she said that God led her
here to pray. I asked Cook if she had an active Injunction she said "Yes, but I google mapped it and its 534 feet away." I
confirmed that the address was indeed 534' away, and asked Cook why she wanted to try to push the limits of the Injunction.
Cook said that God told her to come to the location. I advised Cook that she is at a closed business and that she needed to
leave the property, and if she violated the Injunction she would be arrested. Cook agreed to leave and I followed her off the
property.

I made phone contact with Jared Grifoni via phone and asked him if he was at the residence on Leland Way. Grifoni said that
he was at his parents residence. I advised him that Cook was in the immediate area and for him to be aware. Grifoni thanked
the department for letting him know and would document the incident.
