 Extending courteous reception to customers.

 Cataloguing customers concerns and comments
 Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
 Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
 Diagnosing vehicles with Diagnostic tools like Xentry & ECU Space
 Provide reasonable time and cost estimate for repairs
 Advance service booking based on existing workshop load and available
resources.
 Job allocation to supervisors and monitoring of work flow.
 Regular update to customers on the status of job.
 Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs.
 Explain the final repair jobs carried out with details of parts repaired or
replaced during the activity.
 Explain the cost of repairs to clarify the chargeable and free of cost jobs
carried out.
 Collect post service feedback and carry out any corrective measures if
required.
 Educate the customers on do’s & don’ts, general maintenance practises and
regular service schedule for the vehicle.
 Ensure vehicle is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer.
