Subject: Insurance Claim Policy No. 4523

We have received your claims form 234 in which you claimed P100,000 for
damage to your stock of goods by flooding in your premises.

I regret to inform you that we cannot pay compensation in this case as the
damage was caused by factors outside the terms of the policy. If you check your policy,
you will find that you are covered for flooding caused by rain or storms, and not burst
water pipes within the premises.
