The meeting started before the PM class begins. Ms. Apolo facilitates the meeting. She informs the attendees about the joint plan of SSG and Ecosavers club in waste collection and segregation. Plastic bottles and Papers are the common wastes that we can see in the school. So both clubs decided to assign specific waste material for each club to collect. The SSG will collect the plastic bottles while Ecosavers will collect papers. SSG will collect every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays while Ecosavers have Tuesdays and Thursdays to collect paper wastes. The Ecosaver officers and members discuss the schedule of their duties of collecting paper wastes. One of the members suggests that in order to do proper waste segregation and collection we should at least have a place to put all the waste materials that we collected. In regards with the suggestion, Ms. Apolo informed them that they need to clean and re-paint the metal waste container so that they can use it as a storage of the collected paper wastes. The boys volunteered to clean and re-paint the metal waste container. Ms. Apolo, remind the president about the proposed project last meeting.
