4. Registration Levels:

• Provisional Level: New Companies which have not previously undertaken works on Transport and Main Roads projects and undertake works to prove their competency.
Registration valid for six (6) to twelve (12) months.

• Level 1: New and low volume Companies and not mature enough to undertake complex works. Registration valid for twelve (12) months to three (3) years.

• Level 2: Existing and large volume companies with satisfactory long-term performance. Registration valid for three (3) years.
5. The Registration is given on assessment of Technical Capability and Quality Management System.
