II) Fee for Original Degree Certificate

1. The rates of fees for obtaining original degree certificates of various courses are as follows.
a. Certificate/Diploma/P.G. Diploma courses : Rs. 200/- + Rs. 50/- postal charge

b. Bachelors Degree courses (Non-professional) : Rs. 215/- + Rs. 50/- postal charge
c. Bachelors Degree courses (Professional) : Rs. 250/- + Rs. 50/- postal charge
d. Post Graduate Degree courses (Non-professional) : Rs.265/- + Rs. 50/- postal charge
e. Post Graduate Degree courses (Professional)
including M.Phil and P.G. Diploma in Medicine : Rs. 265/- + Rs. 50/- postal charge
f. Ph.D. : Rs. 590/- + Rs. 50/- postal charge
2. Special fee for obtaining Original Degree Certificate urgently : Rs. 250/- (in addition to the
normal fee plus postage). Candidates who have once applied for the original degree certificate
remitting the normal fee plus postage can at a later date convert it to an urgent one by paying the
special fee of Rs. 250/- in addition to the normal fee plus postage.
3. Fee for obtaining Duplicate Degree/Diploma Certificate

a) upto 5 years of passing the Examination : Rs. 300/-
b) upto 10 years of passing the Examination : Rs. 400/-
c) after 10 years of passing the Examination : Rs. 500/-

4. Fee for obtaining Duplicate Degree/Diploma Certificate for Second time : Rs. 1250/-
5. Service charge for re-issuance of undelivered Degree Certificate

a) Request received within five years from the date
of preparation of Degree Certificate : Rs. 300/-
b) After 5 years : Rs. 625/-
III) Fee for Provisional Certificate

The rates of fees for obtaining provisional certificate of various courses are as follows.
a) Under Graduate courses and Graduate Courses except Engineering and Medicine :
Rs. 55/-
b) All other Graduate / Post Graduate Courses : Rs. 80/-
c) M.Phil : Rs. 140/-
d0 Ph.D. : Rs.250/-
IV) Fee for other Certificates and Marklists
a) Rank Certificate : Rs. 190/-

every additional appearance.
10. Authentication of transcript copies of Marklists/Certificates : Rs. 1500/- for each marklist/
degree certificate plus search fee at the following rates for genuineness verification of all marklists
and degree certificate of each course, irrespective of the number of copies of marklists/degree
certificates to be verified .
i) upto 3 years of passing the examination – Nil
ii) after 3 years and upto 10 years of passing the examination – Rs. 250/-
iii) after 10 years of passing the examination – Rs. 500/-
11. Special late fee for accepting application for various University Examinations after the
normal fine date and up to 20 days prior to the commencement of examinations : Rs. 1000/-
12. Application for Private Registration accompanied by the application for respective examinations
after the normal fine date and up to a period of one month prior to the commencement of
examinations : Rs. 625/-
13. Token Registration for University examinations : Rs. 650/- plus examination fee (Here
examination fee includes application fee, theory/practical/viva/dissertation/project fee, marklist
fee, C.V. Camp fee, late fee and superfine).
14. Condonation of Shortage of Attendance
i) up to 10 days in case of Arts & Science Colleges and 10% in case of Professional
courses:Rs. 350/-
ii) with medical certificate – up to 24 days in case of Arts & Science Colleges and 20%
in case of Professional courses : Rs. 400/-
15. Certificate of extract of candidates register : Rs. 40/-

16. Attestation on U.G.C. examination applications of Private Candidates by the Controller of
Examinations : Rs. 65/-
17. Re-appearance for betterment of results – service charge for releasing TC & Mark lists
i) Before completion of the examination : Rs. 125/-
ii) After completion of the examination but before publication of results : Rs. 65/-
18. Fee for obtaining unclaimed Marklists/Hall Tickets returned from examination centers :
Rs. 125/- for each marklist/hall ticket.
19. Fee for cancellation of course registration and examination registrations of all courses
(Under Graduate and Post Graduate – Professional and Non-Professional) (course
registration includes Regular/Private/SDE registration) – Rs. 1250/-
20. Fee for canceling the registration for an examination without canceling the registration for
that course – Rs. 125/- (including improvement examinaion registration)
21. Fee for canceling the Part III Main Subject of B.A. to join for second year B.A. with

another main subject, retaining the passed marks in Part I & II - Rs. 1250/-
22. Fee for cancelling the Part III Main examination of B.A. to join for Second year B.A. with
another main subject, retaining the passed marks in Part I & II : Rs. 1250/-
23. Fee for cancelling Part III examination of B.Sc., to join for B.A. course, retaining the marks
in Part I & II : Rs. 1000/-.
24. i) Fee for discontinuing B.A. course to join in any other studies : Rs. 65/-
ii) Fee for rejoin (B.A.Course) after discontinuation (if the fee was not paid before
discontinuation) : Rs. 125/-
25. Fine for revising the original degree certificate on suppression of facts/giving false information in
the application : Rs. 250/-
26. Fee for change of examination centre : Rs. 125/-
27. Service/Memo charges : Rs. 25/-
28. Postal Charges for all purposes : Rs. 50/-
29. Fee for name correction after 1 year of the issuance of Combined I & II Semester Marklist
of B.Tech Course : Rs. 100/- per marklist.
30. Fine for not submitting the Mark Lists for effecting change in marks after revaluation within six
months from the date of of RV memo : Rs.500/-. Additional fine of Rs.500/- thereafter for each
year till date of submission of Mark Lists.
31. Fee for effecting name correction in Marklists/Degree Certificates already issued to the candidates
a) Up to one year after the issuance of Marklists/Degree Certificates.

 If the error is made by the University : Nil
 If the error is made by the candidate : Rs.100/-
b) After one year up to 3 years irrespective : Rs.250/-
c) After 3 years up to 10 years of the reason : Rs.500/-
d) After 10 years for the error : Rs.1000/-
e) In addition to the above fee, a single search fee of Rs.250/- will be collected, if the request for
the name correction is received after a lapse of three years from the date of issue of the
Marklists/Degree Certificates
32. Fine for late submission of Internal Marks/APC : Rs.5000/- each per course
