Audience: Young Audience Aged 18 – 30 years.

Audience: You live in Pakistan, and you work in a local environment where English is the official
language when communicating with your teachers, business partners and colleagues who come from
diverse backgrounds. As you might know, different cultural backgrounds interfere with effective
communication. Also, verbal and non-verbal aspects influence your business relationships. In these
cases, it is important to be effective in your communication skills. This training focuses on the essence
of effective communication and helps you to improve your communication skills.

 You gave gained more insight in the effect of one's behaviour on other people

 You are able to clearly express your wishes and objections, while remaining respectful towards
the other party
