Work Description
2. Checking existing three storied building(B.A Seddiki Nursing College) of area 10000 sqft (
approximate ) for pr-fab steel building at Red Crescent Society , Dhaka

Building Area
Depend on RAJUK approval / Owner proposed marking area.

As per RAJUK , Building Area for 3 (three ) storied building = 10000.00 sqft per floor (approximate )

Consultancy Services
Some Architectural Drawing with plan, Checking and making Structural Drawing considering Earth Quake
wind load , making DEA report, some retrofitting work , some concrete strength test , sub soil report
and Supervision.

Consultancy Fee
1. Making Architectural drawing = 3.0 per sqft x area 10000.00 = Tk. 30000.00
2. DEA Report = 5.00 x 10000.00 = Tk. 50000.00
3. Check and making structural drawing = 15.00 x 10000. = Tk. 150000.00
4. Sub soil report 3 Nos = 3 x 10000 .00 = Tk. 30000.00
5. Hammer test L.S ( 20 to 25 Point ) = Tk. 120000.0
6. Re- bar of column scanning (15 points ) = Tk. 150000.00
7. Steel shed design and analysis = 3.0 x 10000 = Tk. 30000.00
8. Earth cutting , footing (punch ) and column checking = Tk. 50000.00

Supervision Fee
Each Visit at or in around Dhaka ----------5000.00 /per visit, and T.A & D.A bear by company

Delivery Period
Our current delivery period is TBE weeks from the latest date of receipt and acceptance of the following

 Signed contract ( any change must be noted and initiated by both parties )
 Down payment as agreed mode of payment.
 Duration of Submission of all report and Drawing about 45 days

Changes/ Revisions
Any kind of changes in the contracted building will be entertained only before the completion of the
final drawings. Any major changes or revision to the above stated scope of supply may lead to a
variation in the fee and delivery period. A changes must not hold payment for work completed in the
original contract.

Mode of Payment
Payment will be made by irrevocable check or cash as per following schedule.

 30% Advance Payment of total amount without RAJUK approval fee

 50% Payment of remaining amount after structural drawing completion
 Remaining amount after handover all report and drawings.

Exceptions/Deviation/Assumptions
 Quoted fee excludes from all government impose tax.
 Price will be valid for 3 (three ) months from the date of signing of contract. If the project being
delayed by the client, the price may be adjusted under the circumstances of unusual price hike
of Market rate.

Terms and Conditions.

 Any kind of changes in the drawings should be confirmed by client before submission of final
drawings.
 Tolerance of fee variation +/_ 2%
 Client’s representative will receive all drawings supplied by Associates, Associates will not be
responsible if any drawing is missing or lost. For any lost drawing client has to pay Associates.
 Client ensure the time of visit step to step construction. Without checking the rod fabrication of
beam, slab ,footing, column, etc, no further casting or permission will tolerable .
 If the job is rejected by client at any stage after signing the contract or issuing the work order,
the client has to pay a compensation of amount 80% of contract value.

Red Crescent Society, ON THE ONE HAND, located in ------------------------------------------------------------------

contract.

AND

H.R.KHAN & ASSOCIATES, ON THE OTHER HAND, located in ,52/10 west shewrapara, pirerbagh, Mirpur,
Dhaka – 1216, and represented by Engr. Habibur Rahman Khan, duly authorized to enter into this
contract.

NOW THEREFORE the parties agree as follows:

CONTRACT SCOPE: making a architectural drawing, Submit the DEA Report (Detailed Engineering
Assessment ). Checking Structural Drawing with Wind And Earth Quake Analysis, Making Sub soil
Investigation report, concrete strength Test ( Hammer Test ) , re –bar of column availability test
(scanning ), prefab steel shed analysis and design
